Initial version of Nested Virtualization learning path

A few notes on this:

• All commands were tested on an AmpereOne server running Fedora 44 on the host and in the VMs.
• There is significant duplication of commands across the creation of the various VMs, but I think it's useful for people following along - any changes to these need to be propagated.
• A nice addition in the last step might be the generation of a htop screenshot showing 24 cores lit up running sysbench across 3 different compute footprints (bare metal, L1 VM, L2 VM) - let me know if you want me to fetch one
