Evaluate whether ViennaRNA logging can replace IntaRNA's bundled Easylogging++ implementation without losing current behavior. The report recommends retaining the current implementation for now: an RNAlib backend is viable, but preserving numbered verbosity, scoped timings, formatting, file/error routing and embedding behavior requires an IntaRNA adapter.

The evaluation inventories actual call sites, compares styling and terminal detection, checks the supported ViennaRNA minimum, and documents callback, initialization and thread-safety constraints. This PR changes documentation only, as requested by the issue.

Validation: compiled and ran focused probes against bundled Easylogging++ and ViennaRNA 2.7.0/2.7.2, including file/error routing and pipe/TTY output; compiled the documented C++ example and verified its modes; checked local links, Autotools distribution registration and git diff --check. Independently reviewed the report against implementation sources. No full application rebuild was needed for this documentation-only change.

Fixes #273.
