Updates examples/angular-gen1/package-lock.json only: bumps transitive dev dependencies ip-address (9.0.5 → 10.7.2) and socks (2.8.3 → 2.8.10) so socks can use ip-address ^10.x. The lockfile also drops nested @types/node 22.1.0 entries under Angular build packages and removes the old ip-address nested jsbn dependency tree.
