chore: git-ignore the compiled tc_helper native libraries

The .so files under android/app/src/main/jniLibs/ are rebuilt from rust/ by the cargoBuildTcHelper Gradle task on every Android build, and the iOS tc_helper.xcframework is built from the same crate. They were untracked earlier, but the matching .gitignore entry was lost, so every build left the jniLibs folder showing as untracked.
