A finished OUT transfer left the endpoint stalled until the next receive started. Back-to-back OUT packets then failed on the host. Leave the endpoint inactive so it NAKs. USB_MAX_ENDPOINTS was 5, which counts EP0. The LPC11Uxx has four endpoints besides EP0. A fifth one wrote past epn_buffer and the endpoint list.

Two fixes in the LPC11Uxx USB driver, found while bringing up an interrupt OUT endpoint (raw HID) on an LPC11U35 keyboard.
USB_MAX_ENDPOINTSwas 5, which counts EP0. The chip has four endpoints besides EP0. A fifth one wrote pastepn_bufferand the endpoint list.Tested on an LPC11U35 running QMK with VIA over raw HID.
