Draft bounded follow-up to PR3147/3656. Reuse the frozen PR3071 source extractor; do not change selected sources or claim physical sharing.
Add a separate archive parser, sparse forward coefficient propagation, row-matrix closure, modular rank certificate and direct residual controls.

Duplicate fork-local validation of #1, closed by its author without merging. The original contribution and its successful registered source-dependent replay are retained in #1 at the same scientific head 403ef45. Upstream publication remains blocked by the connected integration's HTTP 403. No source, selected frontier, or other contributor's PR changed.
