updatePlanBadge() and its click routing were restored with the 1.6 release, but dashboard_assets/index.html no longer contains the #plan-badge element, so the badge logic never rendered for any license. Re-add the badge anchor in the sidebar brand row (the CSS rules already exist) so plan, trial, and billing state is visible again. Co-authored-by: CommandCodeBot <noreply@commandcode.ai>

OneDrive sync keeps reverting version tags from
physics-guardtopin-only-physics. This PR restores the correct tags and also fixes the release_version and plan badge logic that was lost in a prior revert.
