Review Note: Missing Physical Word / Frame Certificate in reclaim_engine.py

In research/deferred-matroid-circulation/reclaim_engine.py, generate_reclaimed_profile(roles_to_reclaim=3100) does not construct or verify a physical circuit or frame schedule. Instead, it loads research/deferred-signed/round7-literal-ledger/result.json and directly subtracts 2300 * 3100 = 7,130,000 from the summary histogram dictionary:

1. No physical circuit or frame ledger: verify.py only runs the arithmetic moment/assembly evaluator on reclaimed-profile.json and never invokes round7_literal_frame_ledger.py or replays a physical gate word / frame assignment with $R_{23} = 28,866 - 3,100 = 25,766$ roles.
2. Impossible exterior histogram contraction: In the round7 deferred-readout architecture, each auxiliary role contributes $2 \times 2,300 = 4,600$ active wires ($2,300$ entrance wires and $2,300$ cleanup wires), so reclaiming $3,100$ roles would change $W$ by $4,600 \times 3,100 = 14,260,000$ wires (or, under the balanced transfer m = 25, M = 552 of PR Balanced transfer of deferred signed networks: conditional κ = 6.3978919675787e-5 #100, $2 \times 2,530 = 5,060$ wires per role), not $2,300 \times 3,100$, and cannot simultaneously delete both the t = 23 and t = 483 exterior children while compensating rows[1] to force $mW - s = 1,344,189$.

Per CONTRIBUTING.md, any change to W, R, or child_multiplicities must be derived from and verified against an explicit physical construction (gate word / literal frame schedule).
