The frozen PR1062 B/star-D word costs 11,500 ADDs. Composing PR980's A preparation and rebuilding literal cleanup reduces it to 10,652, a fully paid saving of 848 and 13,653 below PR589. This is a finite bit-circuit construction, with no new kappa.

All eight combinations of the frozen A, B and D changes are retained and independently checked. The full composition reduces conservative positive bounds to F = 15,223 and B = 3,910,388, giving 92 local / 176 nine-stage bits within the inherited 104/192 ceilings. D alone implements the right F2 map but requires 193 nine-stage bits and is rejected; either A or B makes that D admissible.

The contribution also closes PR1062's stated missing native check: its exact 11,500-ADD word is one of the eight freshly replayed corners. PR980's headline 872 saving includes 24 B/cleanup ADDs already covered by PR1062, so only 848 are additional; the verifier rejects the double-counted 10,628 invoice.

Reproduce and evidence

python3 -I -B research/r439-abc-star-composition/verify.py
python3 -I -B research/r439-abc-star-composition/test_package.py -v

C++17 and Boost headers are required for native replay; BOOST_INCLUDE and CXX support nonstandard installations. Expected marker: PASS_R439_ABC_STAR_COMPOSITION.

  • All 661 independent dirty input columns, phase maps and complete literal ADD/COPY/ERASE streams, forward and backward, for all eight words.
  • Unchanged owning E8/frame checker and fresh native 5/9/11-stage checks: 883/1,327/1,549 physical columns per word; 384 omitted-bridge controls rejected.
  • Every register's ordered MOVE path, paid histogram/rank mass 5,129, nine rank-seven copies and all helper counts preserved. Complete scalar/bridge and precision bills checked separately.
  • 17 semantic/accounting controls, 10 package tests and 14 existing selected-record/finite-contract tests pass. Strict source pins and complete decoded gzip comparison.
  • Linux CPython 3.14.4 and isolated optimized 3.12.3 from a relocated read-only tree produce byte-identical complete receipts. GCC 15.2.0 / Boost 1.83.0. The first driver attempt misread the reverse-stage COPY subtotal; the corrected totals are checked in both final replays, without changing a source checker.

Scope and provenance

Only research/r439-abc-star-composition/ is added. Base ba82555; OS assignment seed 13, bit track. Domain: exactly eight fixed combinations, no new synthesis or search restarts. Twenty-two source/context files have exact Git-object and SHA-256 pins. Pending PR1062 is frozen at cd016e5. Upstream/source pins were refreshed, and overlap checked through #1120; #1113 concerns a different historical matching neighborhood.

The changed D inherits false syntactic H2 and literal K_equals_D. Those original predicates remain intact; semantic D equality is checked separately. Adoption still needs acceptance of that interface, full hosted-supplier emission/audit, complete finite/precision bindings and outer assembly. All-size/compiler, common-label/mutable-source realization, hosting, precision/tape, recovery and analytic obligations remain. The paid profile is unchanged. No full repository suite, selected complex cold replay, hosted CI success, unrestricted optimum or full formal multiplication theorem is claimed.

100-PR batch review at a2551e70fce0cc34348f50f1a94e7cc4c80bbcbf.

Merged to main, preserving the original contributor commits and package attribution.

Reviewed scope: Full ABC/star-D R439 composition, 661 dirty columns and native 5/9/11-stage checks; complete saving is 848, avoiding double-counting the overlapping B edits.

The pinned scoped command passed; the batch ledger contains its command, input hashes, environment and log. This incorporates the research/tooling contribution and does not change the selected κ or discharge the inherited multiplication-theorem assumptions.

Batch review, attribution and evidence. Thank you for the contribution.

The bottleneck brief still sent contributors toward an R439 H2/K
replacement lemma that retained work already supplies: PR #1194's
semantic D contract, PR #1311's application to PR #1122's changed-A
word, and PR #1806's complete finite nine-stage hosted invoice for that
10,652-ADD word. A new source-bound evidence map links the chain and
names the remaining supplier-admission boundary; the brief and the
glossary point to it. The original syntactic H2/K flags stay false. No
mathematical claim, frozen package, selected supplier or kappa changes.

Adds research/r439-semantic-d-navigation/ and edits two cross-references
in docs/research/bottleneck-brief.md and docs/research/research-glossary.md.
