The P111 decoder's smaller local COPY cost does not by itself pay for delivery
of its changed query from the existing U8 gather rows. This adds a scoped
negative result for a query inserted after U8 section A, with the old rows,
later frame contracts, and helper widths fixed, and with no mixing between
new carriers before the query hyperplane.

Review files: Proof and scope · Evidence · Source pins and credit.

For all 112 punctures, exact rational elimination gives a unique expression
in the eligible old rows. Their required frames are pairwise incomparable and
cannot advance inside the query hyperplane while preserving the old tail.
The minimum transport profiles are 10 H5 + 6 H6, 8 H5 + 10 H6, or 26 H6.

A favorable complete moment bound gives free entrance frames, no separate
centre charge, free compensation and interface work, and pooled fractional
rank-48 idle space. It credits each puncture's actual source and target paths,
plus the H8 -> H7 COPY saving. Every case still exceeds one at historical
PR #942 b; the minimum is enclosed by
1.00000864736369386816835926810620863001514 and
1.00000864736369386816835926935824150131476.
A linear volume argument covers every positive replica count and mixtures of
punctures. This fixed-U8 class also fails at the larger b selected by
PR #1042 at the recorded refresh. The proof does not apply to PR #1042's word.

Reproduce with the standard library:

python3 -I -B research/shared-carrier-host/verify.py --out /tmp/shared-carrier-host-result.json

Expected: PASS_SCOPED_FROZEN_U8_GATHER_OBSTRUCTION. The command reconstructs
raw U8 from the pinned PR #799 archive and U8 recipe. It checks all root/label
pairings, frame paths, unique row expressions, antichains, actual data-path
credits, and rational cost intervals. It compares power intervals against the
retained independent engine. Controls cover wrong query coefficients,
coalesced paths, old-row advances, and a mixed label chart. The free-query
control passes, so the transport charge is decisive.

Base: abdc6a7002abdbcd9e21bfc5e1a795784deacfdf. The PR #1060 source head is
d27499553138bde007f5b1163e65e71da1b18899. The reconstructed U8 raw hash is
090fd574747fbf9628e70cb9beb792732914cfa52e1df147579fe4dbccc68c5a.
Only research/shared-carrier-host/ is added. The selected frontier and
upstream/ stay unchanged. This is a scoped negative result, not a new kappa
or a complete multiplication theorem. Changed A/B words, early mixing,
nonmonotone paths, and different owner geometry remain open.

The package records the initial direct-host failure, the endpoint escape,
and the reason for the row-reuse pivot. It credits PR #717, PR #968, PR #1060, the
PR #799, PR #869, PR #870 U8 lineage, PR #858, PR #890, and PR #942. Prepared for Ali Romman (@aliromman) with
substantial OpenAI Codex assistance. Apache-2.0; no independent human review
is claimed.

100-PR batch review at ed5424aa3b6ca32fd5bb2c33a8e6afcd87170160.

Merged to main, preserving the original contributor commits and package attribution.

Reviewed scope: Fixed-U8 P111 gather obstruction across all punctures and replica counts under the stated monotone nonmixing carrier interface; not a bound on changed suppliers.

The pinned scoped command passed; the batch ledger contains its command, input hashes, environment and log. This incorporates the research/tooling contribution and does not change the selected κ or discharge the inherited multiplication-theorem assumptions.

Batch review, attribution and evidence. Thank you for the contribution.
