PR #992 gives a sharp T=29 residual profile in the historical fixed-U8 arithmetic relaxation, while explicitly leaving bin-type realization outside its scope. This contribution supplies an exact capacity-tagged integer packing for that profile, satisfying all four bin-capacity quotas and all five whole-helper width inventories.

The ten-pattern certificate accounts for all 58,464 bins and 131,544 helpers, including 49,770 zero-residual bins. A short proof explains why zero signed-price slack forces every bin to be tight and identifies the resulting structural constraints. A separate agent independently derived a different valid ten-pattern witness before seeing the implementation. Both realizations are checked; this establishes nonuniqueness without asserting a larger feasible family.

Validation:

  • python3 -I -O -B research/t29-capacity-audit/verify.py checks source pins, one Cartesian enumeration of all 1,163 legal patterns and an independent maximum-price dynamic program, the exact witness, and 31 negative controls for malformed certificates and inventory violations.
  • The independent reviewer checks weighted inventories and expands every bin and helper into literal unit slots; controls include mutations that preserve aggregate mass and price while violating a capacity or helper census.
  • Independent post-fix review accepted the package after resolving all four initial findings; both the original findings and accepted review receipt are preserved.
  • The exact 13-file patch cleanly applies and both checkers pass on original base ba82555c64e1879e4b7decce28186f208fcb8262 and freshly fetched main c0e3631dc24e3c24a861f7d3d79e0608481cccec.
  • Exact integer arithmetic, standard library only, no solver or network required for reproduction. Commands work with Python optimization enabled.

Scope: abstract capacity-tagged packing for the fixed U8 T29 inventory only. This does not construct invocation-specific matching, chronology, geometry, a physical owner schedule, or a new κ; it does not concern the changed PR #1042 supplier. It confirms that the predecessor’s sharpness example survives these inventory constraints, without alleging a defect in the predecessor.

Base: ba82555c64e1879e4b7decce28186f208fcb8262. All changes are confined to research/t29-capacity-audit/; the selected frontier and upstream sources are unchanged.

100-PR batch review at 08465c27282638153778825abfd82c43f86ff26c.

Merged to main, preserving the original contributor commits and package attribution.

Reviewed scope: Exact capacity-tagged T29 pattern witnesses attain the prior aggregate profile with two realizations; physical chronology and owner admission are not inferred.

The pinned scoped command passed; the batch ledger contains its command, input hashes, environment and log. This incorporates the research/tooling contribution and does not change the selected κ or discharge the inherited multiplication-theorem assumptions.

Batch review, attribution and evidence. Thank you for the contribution.
