100-PR batch review at Merged to Reviewed scope: Independent source-bound comparison of PR1236 atom/frame certificate sections, with translated root indices and maximal-clique subset closure; credits concurrent PR1242 independently. The pinned scoped command passed; the batch ledger contains its command, input hashes, environment and log. This incorporates the research/tooling contribution and does not change the selected κ or discharge the inherited multiplication-theorem assumptions. Batch review, attribution and evidence. Thank you for the contribution. |

This adds a source-bound independent audit of David Arias's #1236 at
ee8437bd9879272094e20c024cd34a53c4e84cd8. That PR already proves the sharp copy-cost floor of 64 for masked P112 decoders with full/self-trimmed root-star supports. Concurrent #1242 independently corroborates it with Weyl roots and maximal cliques. Both retain their credit; no stronger theorem or new kappa is claimed here. The distinct coverage is the original certificate's complete
model,frames,atoms,odd_graph, andsharp_decodersections. A separately written norm/congruence root enumeration and row-span rank calculation reproduce all 57,600 ordered support-pair records and 1,260 frames. An explicit index translation matches the original ordered atom/support/frame hashes. Pivoted maximal-clique enumeration followed by deduplicated subset closure reconstructs the full clique census, and the original witness and all 12,544 decoder identity entries are checked. Original PR1236 programs are not imported or executed; its receipt is immutable data under audit.Validation passed on CPython 3.12.13 through this package's registered hook and CPython 3.14.6 in an isolated, relocated, read-only replay, all under
-I -O -B. Seventeen mathematical/source controls pass, including real K9 detection, incomplete frames, coordinate omission, overlapping-clique deduplication, and changed/missing reference rejection. The relocated replay preserves all file bytes.Expected:
PASS_PR1236_SOURCE_BOUND_AUDIT, 17 passing tests, andPASS_REGISTERED_RESEARCH_PACKAGE.Base:

The README, task metadata and source manifest specify coverage, exact pins, the finite argument, exclusions, overlap and one open question. The original certificate's control names and case descriptions are retained by source pin; its control implementations are not replayed here.Credit David Arias/#1236, concurrent Hanson Sun/#1242, Navinor/#1226, DreamingOfClouds/#717 and the retained coordinate-decoder lineage. Prepared by Hanson Sun (@bbMisk) with substantial OpenAI Codex assistance; Apache-2.0. No selected-supplier cold replay, full multiplication formalization or inherited-interface discharge is claimed.
