+This standalone research contribution and its local verification tools were
+prepared with substantial OpenAI Codex assistance. It composes and extends
+the credited public constructions listed in README.md and PROOF.md. It does
+not claim independent external peer review, authorship by predecessor
+contributors, or an official OpenAI result or endorsement.
+
+Original source files and notices are retained without attribution changes
+under inputs/ and licenses/. Apache-2.0 remains applicable. The source-level
+credit to Zhihao Chen in the local physical-ledger adaptation identifies the
+inherited PR97 ledger; this local adaptation was not authored or reviewed
+by him unless separately stated in the public source.
+
+The exact PR117 source pin, source hashes and original README identify
+eumemic's producer and integration, with Anthropic Claude assistance.
+The round-seven files retain Swapnil Jain's license and notice. Earlier
+copied-center, producer, analytic, tape and semantic contributors retain
+all attribution in the preserved notices. No license or predecessor notice
+is superseded by this file.
+
+The explicit resolvable-packing generator implements the construction of
+Xiande Zhang and Gennian Ge, Journal of Combinatorial Designs 18 (2010),
+209-223, DOI 10.1002/jcd.20234, Lemmas 2.2 and 2.4. Their paper is not
+redistributed. The signed partial grouping and its finite checks are
+included in this contribution.
