Prepared for Lauren with substantial OpenAI Codex assistance. Independently confirms concurrent PR1220 using scalar arithmetic, source pins, exact census and scoped proof. No new kappa. Verified local tree: d69cf1b Local package commit: 86d87693457fb9d7e525a4a38cf8ec40a52c550b

100-PR batch review at Merged to Reviewed scope: Independent corroboration of the CK dyadic-forest optimum: infinite-tail exclusion, 13,476,288 nonunit comparisons, same-parent unit domination and forest exchange. Preserves PR1220/816 credit; no global compiler or κ change. The pinned scoped command passed; the batch ledger contains its command, input hashes, environment and log. This incorporates the research/tooling contribution and does not change the selected κ or discharge the inherited multiplication-theorem assumptions. Batch review, attribution and evidence. Thank you for the contribution. |

This additive research package independently corroborates Adam Gall's
PR1220, discovered
during final overlap refresh. It claims neither a new mathematical frontier
nor additional coefficient-domain coverage. Two separately written scalar
checkers avoid its packed cost-lane arithmetic and reproduce all 13,501,152
ordered coefficient/target-pair prices, the same 63 minimum nonunit margin,
941 root-improving nonunit edges, and the retained 16,364 scalar-component floor.
Both implementations agree on the full ordered census digest
8419c238a791375dd846ba7558aeea9185af8b776f148731c377ad21fe311e6d.A Fraction/bit-count census and a separately parsed literal-Horner/sign-normalized
census use Kruskal and Prim respectively, with all 12,544 cycle inequalities.
The source-specific finite result is combined with the credited PR961 tail
and same-parent forest exchange proof. No PR1220 executable was consumed.
Its immutable receipt matches the domain, extrema, witnesses and floor.

9 focused tests with meaningful negative controls, inherited CK arbitrary-input
boundary checker in both orientations, selected-record integrity at the base,

whitespace and clean-application checks. No runtime speedup is claimed.
Full repository/cold supplier suites, fresh physical/global admission,
hosted CI and Lean were not run.

upstream/and the selected frontierare untouched. The claim, source heads/hashes, certificate, proof, execution
scope and overlap record are included. OS assignment seed22, complex track.
The result fixes the historical CK matrix, one-parent acyclic schedule,
separate preparation/restoration and independent original binary-Horner
lowering. No general circuit optimum, improved kappa or full multiplication
theorem is claimed. All inherited all-size/compiler, realization/hosting,
precision/tape, analytic and bit-interface obligations remain.

with substantial OpenAI Codex assistance in research, code, proof and separate
AI review. Apache-2.0; no independent human review claimed.
Scope is unchanged; publication status is independent corroboration of
PR1220. The seed22 assignment predates the current task-card workflow.
Publication overlap refresh retrieved all 811 open PRs over nine REST pages
(titles/bodies screened by CK/dyadic/Horner/forest keywords; not full code
review), and read the Discussion index and relevant #1163/#1166/#1167/#1210
threads. PR1220 remains the same-result overlap at its pinned head.
Discussion indexing/crawling and concurrent PR changes limit completeness.
Open next questions: none justified by this corroboration. See the package
README. The independent agreement supplies no new mechanism for reopening the
closed coefficient search; outside-class possibilities remain scope limits.
