Independent verification: R439 frame-509 matrix replay (no new kappa)

Status

Independent finite verification of the local R439 frame-509 matrix claim in #1221. No new circuit, supplier adoption, kappa, or full multiplication theorem is claimed.

Result

• A code-disjoint row-bitset replay gives the same GF(2) map for the pinned 21-ADD PR973 block and 20-ADD PR1221 block over all 11 local registers.
• An integer coefficient-vector replay gives Z(PR973) - Z(PR1221) = 2 e_468 e_33^T exactly.
• Rebuilding both splices from the pinned selected word reproduces the 24,305 / 24,285 / 24,283 complete ADD invoices and all 661 ordered frame paths. All source word fields outside B/C are unchanged.
• Reran Independent bit construction: R439 frame509 at 20 ADDs with original H1-H5 (no new kappa) #1221's verifier, all 10 package tests, and its C++ native checks under Linux x86_64, CPython 3.14.7, GCC 16.2.1 and Boost 1.92.0. The native replay passed the 883/1,327/1,549 column stages and 144 omitted-bridge controls.

The new package independently covers the local maps, splice, paths and invoices. H1-H5 and native obligations are from the pinned #1221 checker, rerun here; this package does not reprove them.

Candidate #1221 head: 6deda901721316fcb61c6e2a6dd6b537de183452; predecessor #973 head: c05dc72734c25dd069077157224d4dd30c6e8c19. #1221 remains open and has no recorded review at the last metadata refresh. This contribution adds a separate local matrix implementation and a second-host replay; it does not claim the circuit or ADD saving as new. #1311 addresses a different composed R439 word and semantic-D bridge.
