100-PR batch review at Merged to Reviewed scope: Independent audit of the P104 tangent-to-orbit implication: exact modular rank bounds meet rational gauge/torus directions, and matching local/tangent dimension gives a smooth locally open orbit. Local result only, not global rank-eight rigidity. The pinned scoped command passed; the batch ledger contains its command, input hashes, environment and log. This incorporates the research/tooling contribution and does not change the selected κ or discharge the inherited multiplication-theorem assumptions. Batch review, attribution and evidence. Thank you for the contribution. |

…amily, normal form and floor 20 (#2277 OQ4) Research note, no kappa claim. New package research/e6-d5-gram-realisation-rigidity: - E6: dim T_G V = 71 = 2v-1 (prime-rank upper bound at two primes and in a second coordinate model, matched by the scaling orbit) => Gram point smooth, local component = scaling orbit (local rigidity only). - D5: tangent 55 = 39 + 16, explicit 16-parameter non-Gram rank-5 family; written proofs that D5 has no rank-4 realisation and every rank-5 realisation is edge-supported (construction replayed exactly), so the #2277 dense floor 20 holds for every rank-<=5 realisation of D5. - Controls D4/D6/E7 (E8 behind --e8) and negative controls. Status
Independent proof-step audit; no new κ, decoder construction, supplier, or selected-frontier change. This is a second review following the completed claim #1275 and PR #1292. It does not repeat the tangent-matrix census: it checks the local regularity implication and exhaustively verifies the displayed P104 kernel generators against the pinned reduced systems.
Finding
For each of the three P104 representatives, the pinned certificate gives tangent dimension 103 at
K0 = 2G, equal to the dimension of the diagonal-torus orbitO. SinceOis smooth and contained in the masked rank-eight varietyX,dim_K0(X) >= 103; the certified tangent dimension givesdim(T_K0 X) <= 103. Thus the local ring is regular andXis smooth nearK0. The inclusionO -> Xhas an isomorphism on tangent spaces between smooth 103-dimensional manifolds, so the inverse function theorem gives equality of their germs. This supports the stated local conclusion. It does not rule out distant off-orbit P104 components or rank-nine costly parts and does not change the selected κ.
Reproduce
The verifier replays the pinned PR #1292 certificate, including its D4⊕D4 negative control and seeded sample, then checks all 168 gauge/torus generators against all 4,992 reduced rows in each of the three P104 classes modulo
2^31 - 1. It reports tangent/orbit dimension 103. The proof argument is inPROOF.md.Pins and attribution
