Status: independent verification of arithmetic receipts only. No new construction or selected-κ claim.

This adds a third, code-disjoint exact rational interval check of PR #1407's published complex-profile arithmetic. It does not repeat the neutral-helper search or verify that the owner moves realize the advertised histogram.

Scope and source pins

  • Research/source base: bce54fb3f895cbe5cd4c0eb477c3afeed100190f.
  • Publication branch base after refreshing main: 410026dc5513b87db92ae98571d1d5984c69a983. The selected certificate and the seven other pinned repository input/provenance files have identical blobs at both commits.
  • External candidate: PR Conditional T16 κ gain through neutral whole-helper hosting paths #1407 exact head d8640f5b7ae99b43f5d56146cb94ca62b8b3835d; its profile, result and assembly hashes are recorded in SOURCES.json and the immutable REFERENCE.json snapshot.

Verified result

Using only Python's standard-library Fraction, binary-reduced atanh log bounds, and positive Taylor exponential bounds with explicit tails, the package certifies the lower-accepted and upper-rejected endpoint signs for both selected and candidate primary and conservative complex moments. It reproduces the candidate profile delta +e1 - 7e7 + 3e16, conserved rank mass and deficit, three fewer paid calls, unchanged bit endpoint, and the published primary/conservative κ grid arithmetic. The primary reported κ difference is 161104813/7812500000000000.

Four deliberate controls reject a mutated rank-16 count, swapped endpoint labels, a one-grid-unit κ change, and omission of the inherited conservative surcharge.

Reproduce from the repository root with Python 3.12:

python3.12 scripts/research_package.py --package research/pr1407-complex-moment-audit-seed39

Expected: PASS_REGISTERED_RESEARCH_PACKAGE research/pr1407-complex-moment-audit-seed39 outcome=completed.

Limits

This arithmetic audit does not verify PR #1407's owner/window/path legality, dirty-state argument, native compiler/controller execution, 47 outer inequalities, or full ancestry. It does not establish that the proposed reassignment realizes the candidate histogram or change the accepted selected frontier.

Credit PAI (@pai-scaffolde) for PR #1407's candidate and receipts; Rohan Arun for the selected PR1094 owner map; and Jeremy Kothe, Hao Yan / FanPUYen, and the retained selected-construction lineage. Prepared by Cinna Davis (@1337isnot1337) with substantial OpenAI Codex assistance in overlap review, exact arithmetic design, implementation, verification, and writing. This is code-disjoint automated verification, not independent human review. New material is Apache-2.0.

100-PR batch review at 43a4920cfb08398fdc949fc50dcdab794d2f37f8.

Merged to main, preserving the original contributor commits and package attribution.

Reviewed scope: Independent exact arithmetic engine reproduces the pinned PR1407 histogram changes, moments, surcharges and outer grid. Owner semantics, physical/native admission and selection remain separate unverified obligations.

The pinned scoped command passed; the batch ledger contains its command, input hashes, environment and log. This incorporates the research/tooling contribution and does not change the selected κ or discharge the inherited multiplication-theorem assumptions.

Batch review, attribution and evidence. Thank you for the contribution.
