Scoped negative result: cross-block mixing retains the fixed complex late-interface floor - #1517

Batch review at Merged to Reviewed scope: Global antichain and kernel confinement extend the fixed late-interface floor across twelve interacting blocks. Exact simultaneous-boundary independence and all finite geometric premises pass; extra arrays, new source versions, target access changes and frame descents remain outside the theorem. The pinned scoped command passed; the batch ledger contains its command, input hashes, environment and log. This incorporates the research/tooling contribution and does not change the selected κ or discharge the inherited multiplication-theorem assumptions. Batch review, attribution and evidence. Thank you for the contribution. |
Scoped negative result; no new kappa. Cross-block communication does not lower the complete helper-growth moment for the twelve fixed late interfaces in the selected PR1094 local word. For every 0 < s < 1, the exact minimum remains
328 + 56*2^s + 28*3^s + 20*4^s, attained by the existing word.This extends Ali Romman’s #1429 at
591582004d82302268da3b264a6ba5edec1521de, which excludes cross-block communication. The proof permits arbitrary finite rational mixing of all 96 helpers, input reassignment and repeated fixed-port reads. New global checks confine high dirty information and rank-seven cancellation frames. An actual simultaneous boundary and two modular rank witnesses establish independence of all 192 source/helper coordinates.Scope is essential: fixed early source values and late target frames, monotone frames, 96 helpers, full rank-nine endpoints and an unchanged exterior. Extra arrays, later source versions, earlier output access and frame descents remain outside the result. The written all-length argument is distinct from its finite premise checks; no full multiplication theorem, new supplier, native/global admission or selected cold replay is claimed.

PASS_REGISTERED_RESEARCH_PACKAGE research/complex-cross-block-locality outcome=negative-result.Validation passed: source/Git pins; all 3060 local supports; 4560 input-frame pairs; 1056 foreign high/input and 4608 input/target checks; 24 cancellation frames; a separate set/integer-minor implementation with 240 scalar columns and boundary rank 192 over two primes; 12 built-in rejection controls; four corruption/read-only relocation tests; optimized Python 3.14 replays; selected-record and whitespace checks. The two implementations are by the same assisted author, not independent human review. Hosted CI status is separate.
