Consolidation: recover PR148 source gaps and authenticate all 114 changed paths

Change and mathematical scope

Recover the 14 PR148 files left unresolved by the historical reconciliation, and add an offline source-retention proof for its complete 114-path comparison: 96 existing main files + 4 preserved PR181 archive members + 14 recovered originals.

The checker authenticates eight commits and 227 Git trees, independently derives both complete diffs, and separates 11 files modified by Rohan Gupta's two author commits from 103 inherited paths. Original LICENSE/NOTICE files and predecessor attribution are retained; the contributor record links the receipt.

This is source consolidation. PR148's partially reviewed status and the selected frontier are unchanged. No fresh historical construction/moment/47-inequality replay, native build, full multiplication theorem or new kappa is claimed.

• Submission overlap: the refreshed helper fetched 718 open PRs. Its discussion refresh encountered a TLS timeout, so a separate current GraphQL read covered all 85 discussions and 225 messages, with no unpaginated connections. The only exact PR148 retention claim was this contribution's own thread; the latest 35 open PRs were also checked. This is bounded coverage, not a novelty guarantee.

Validation

CPython 3.12.13, Windows 11, standard library only:

Passed the registered replay, one positive receipt and 25 rejection cases in nine test groups normally and with -O, native Git cross-checks of both diffs and the 14 recovered payloads, and a Git-free source-export replay with -I -O. The receipt also passes after the rebase. Default verification is read-only and every external input is declared for CI invalidation. Hosted Linux CI is separate.

The source proof and deterministic receipt are in research/pr148-source-retention/; the original subset is archival evidence, not a complete runnable historical checkout.
