The nineteen pinned zero-static temporal schedules from PR1369 can be composed on PR1263's static background for 134070/134086 complex primitives. This saves 1132 primitives per orientation over the reproduced PR1388 pair, or 1932 over the static word, with every inserted SCALE charged.

The contribution supplies a portable verifier and an exact proof that the full menu is the unique optimum among its 524288 subsets. ADD interactions are pairwise; every schedule has a strictly negative worst-case addition marginal. It is a fixed-menu result, not a global temporal-path optimum.

Local validation passed on Python 3.12.15: registered replay, all 712 scalar columns in both orientations, exact static/pair invoices, sixteen direct subset invoices covering both nonzero interaction pairs, omitted-SCALE rejection, read-only relocation, input-integrity and optimized-Python rejection. Original bounded validation also enumerated all subsets by two exact methods. Vendored code and source credits are retained with immutable Git/SHA pins.

Scope: The recursive profile is unchanged and this gives no new κ. The current generic adapter allowance increases because of the additional macros; no smaller complete native or hosted invoice is claimed. NATIVE-BOUNDARY.md records the actual source formula and retained receipt. This is a finite scalar contribution, not a replacement selected frontier.

Related work: #1369, #1388, #1263, #1259, #1161. The original overlap scan covered 866 open PRs, 123 discussion records and 325 local notes. A fresh October 14 title/body search for both exact totals and the all-nineteen/fixed-menu composition found no matching PR; PR1369 leaves independent minima uncomposed and PR1388 composes only its two-helper pair. This scoped search is not a novelty certificate or a complete code/discussion survey. Nonzero-static schedules discussed in #1376/#1385/#1398 and Discussion1163 are excluded.

Prepared for George Lydakis with substantial OpenAI Codex assistance, including Ody's read-only integration review. No independent human review is claimed.

Publication head: 9ff4226c. All 22 public file blobs match the reviewed local commit. Fork push workflows started on this exact head. At publication, the six upstream pull-request workflows, including registered research packages, report action_required pending maintainer approval. This is not a hosted CI pass; the completed local validation is documented above. Known failures on the separate synced fork-main commit are not attributed to this contribution.

Batch review at 9ff4226c2e80b9ed45213c3ab2575ad5cf47bc94.

Merged to main, preserving the original contributor commits and package attribution.

Reviewed scope: All subsets of nineteen fixed temporal gauge schedules are priced by two exact census implementations; pair interactions change the claimed joint saving from973 to966 real units. Complete scalar replays retain endpoints, but194 new SCALE macros increase the native adapter allowance. This is a corrected local menu result, not an admitted physical saving.

The pinned scoped command passed; the batch ledger contains its command, input hashes, environment and log. This incorporates the research/tooling contribution and does not change the selected κ or discharge the inherited multiplication-theorem assumptions.

Batch review, attribution and evidence. Thank you for the contribution.
