Add research/coordinated-crossover-pr200, a finite supplier certificate and conditional assembly claiming

kappa = 1366380910073 / 2000000000000000
      = 0.0006831904550365.

This is approximately 0.0189% above the newly displayed PR205 claim of 0.000683061299399923. PR205 also supplies a completed-bank construction on PR200; no exclusive originality is asserted for bank packing. The earlier comparison with PR204 was approximately +0.8675% and is now historical. It combines a new, explicitly paid bit supplier with the retained source-assisted complex supplier; component improvements are not added.

The bit construction starts from PR200, pinned at a1175449f34d39ff933d9d8ab23ced1f32b290ec. Coordinated changes to 302 operation frames reduce the actual internal child histogram while keeping the source and target interfaces fixed. Completed entrance banks then replace the real rank-4 and rank-24 dirty residual completions with explicit coordinate partitions of width 72. Nine physical replicas make every bank full. Internal alias recipients, source births and deleted terminals are excluded from fresh bank allocation. Arbitrary incoming dirty contents and spectator fields are restored.

The resulting integer-normalized bit profile has width 72, stock 56,402, rank mass 4,055,136, deficit 5,808 and largest child 22. Its certified paid coarse saving is 136731504666219/200000000000000000. The complex side uses PR202, pinned at 8d8d67bcf69c5ea67d3a29dbc64ba588156d6e8d, with saving 700918443859411/10^18.

Exactly three stopped-leaf bootstrap levels are used, following PR185 and PR197. Each level calls only its predecessor for ordinary leaves and routing. The unattained limiting saving is not substituted. The final paired assembly uses eta = beta = 10^-24 and preserves the original strict scalar, router, row and recovery constraints.

Validation and scope

The included verifier checks the actual finite frame/source/gauge chronology, the original and terminal-modified binary and defining integer columns, explicit bank assignments and inverses, frame prime witnesses, adverse controls, rational supplier moments, the finite ordinary-leaf recurrence and all 47 strict assembly inequalities. The next final 10^-18 grid point fails for these fixed suppliers and parameters; this does not assert global optimality.

The claimed consequence is conditional T(n) = O(n (log n)^(1-kappa)) under the retained all-size interfaces. General Clifford/tensor realization, uniform weighted local-ring compilation, completed restored-row and fixed-tape leaf guarantees, paid routing/layout, prime supply, precision/recovery and analytic transfer remain disclosed conditions. A finite column replay and positive moment do not independently establish these conditions. This submission makes no new Lean-certification or practical-speedup claim.

Offline replay from the repository root uses Python 3.11+ with the pinned NumPy/SciPy requirements:

python -B research/coordinated-crossover-pr200/verify.py

An optional --temp-root chooses scratch storage. The replay never fetches sources. The bank chart/router bound K = 21,900,544,398 remains paid through the ordinary routing toll and its strict exponent gap.

Other routes tested

Shared-total/rank-two compensation saves 230 scalar additions but fails 260 actual target-cap membership checks. The integral 165-to-55 residual factor is exact, but its real paired-address features require ranks 19/20 and its outputs rank 20 against side caps of rank 18. Source-assisted rewrites also fail to improve this bit word: the full port lacks required donor stock at an actual vertex, the A0-only rewrite adds 440 rows, and the G12-only rewrite leaves the paid profile unchanged. None of these gains is credited.

Sources

The package retains the pinned upstream sources and their license/attribution notices. It builds on the public PR200 physical bit construction, PR202 source-assisted complex construction, completed-bank work and finite-bootstrap argument. No files or claims were published by the local research process; this is a manually uploaded research addition.

The lever model's prediction was built within the half hour: audit.py prices
CrocSwap#205's, CrocSwap#206's and CrocSwap#207's banked rows from byte-identical copies of their
certificates and reproduces each author's coarse saving to the last digit,
confirming every one sits at its own word's ceiling. The cheapest admissible
ledger of the frontier row's mass would lift it 76.6%, which bounds the room a
better schedule can still buy.

Bisecting the bit word's smallest-child population shows 57/1000 of its mass is
enough to clear the complex side, so the whole +2.52% first rung is a 5.7%
coarsening of one population rather than a new construction. CrocSwap#207's bank proof
settles the packing side itself, so the README now points the next move at the
word's child inventory, which is where the ledger term actually lives.

Absorbing a family into the banks drops its dirt from the ledger, and by the row
identity W = (mass + D)/m the stock drops with it. Searching every family set
over all ranks and pricing the best of each subset size exactly sorts the rungs
into two tiers. Families whose blocks tile a bank by themselves -- the bit word's
ranks 6, 8, 18 and the complex word's rank 11, the shape CrocSwap#207's own schedule has
-- are sound schedules: +2.17% for one new residual type, +2.52% for two, +3.67%
for three. Keeping only the volume condition, which is what the certified
CrocSwap#197/CrocSwap#205/CrocSwap#207 banks satisfy (their absorbed rank 60 does not divide 72 either),
opens a bracket up to +79.52%. verify.py re-derives the sound families of both
words from the queue's certificate and re-prices the first four sound rungs
without using rungs.py.

The queue's own banked rows and CrocSwap#207's BANK-PROOF-PR200.md decide the question
this package had left open: the absorbed entries are the rank-60 entrance
exteriors on a width-72 word, so an absorbed family's rank is free, and 60 does
not divide 72. What must hold is that the absorbed volume fills whole banks
(396,000 = 72 x 5,500 over three copies) and that a bank's blocks -- the word's
own residual families, 4 and 24 -- tile the width, as their 18 x 4, 3 x 24 and
mixed 6 x 4 + 2 x 24 patterns do. So the certified-shape ladder becomes the
primary one (+2.52% for a single new residual type, +6.54% for three, +79.52%
for eight), and banking each family on its own blocks stays as the conservative
subset. verify.py checks the precedent against the vendored banked rows and
requires the two tiers to keep that relation.

…duction report

- CrocSwap#197: the bank-endpoint identity is proved on paper in PROOF.md:81-93;
the finite controls (95-98) do not cover the full cover. Point to the
maintainer review of CrocSwap#186's comparable removal in BANK-SCHEDULE.md.
- CrocSwap#202: the 7 differing leaves derive from one lift gzip hash; CrocSwap#194's CI
passed under CPython 3.13.16; CrocSwap#202 is CrocSwap#194 plus one commit and its CI
has not run because of the merge conflict. Remedy cites
  verify_inner.py:23 and 29-30.
- CI runs for CrocSwap#197 and CrocSwap#207 exist and await maintainer approval.
- certificate_diff.py: usage (copy into a CrocSwap#202 checkout at 8d8d67b) and
its .work/ side effect; code unchanged.

Two observations establish the failure mode: CrocSwap#202's canonical check requires the
sha256 of a container it regenerates (exact_complex_flow_lift.py:409 and :419,
required by source-assisted-v4/verify.py:162) and fails on unchanged inputs,
while CrocSwap#194 passes in the same environment; and PR212's pinned archive rebuilds
byte for byte as a tar payload but not as a container. The repository already has
the fixes in use -- CrocSwap#194 decompresses before comparing, CrocSwap#217 pins payload hashes
and CrocSwap#207 checks semantic fields -- so this adds a scanner that locates the
pattern, the audit with file and line evidence, and one CONTRIBUTING.md paragraph
stating the rule once.

…7211262868e-4

The package vendors every input it reads by sha256 -- the rung-1 package of CrocSwap#219, the
frontier certificate of CrocSwap#207 and the unmerged source-assisted v4 row of CrocSwap#233, its earlier
heads included -- and re-derives the whole complex-side ladder offline: both paid moments per
rung, the 47-constraint assembly with adjacent-grid rejection, the padded width-66 schedule,
the three export contracts and their import gate.

On CrocSwap#233's row the first whole-bank family of the ledger is rank 3, not rank 16: 66 = 22 * 3
makes its bank exactly filled, so the T1 padding obligation does not arise, and the point
prices 1819302815717/25*10^14 = 7.277211262868e-4, bit-bound, above the ladder top and above
the pinned frontier. The rung is row-dependent and that is measured: its stability is re-taken
on all six ranked heads of CrocSwap#233 and all nine width-66 rows of this repository, and the rung
above it is a recorded negative.

Verification is wired into the repository: a Makefile target in the aggregate, its own CI group
in the Python matrix, an exact-bytes .gitattributes carve-out so committed digests survive a
clean checkout, and a test module whose pin controls check the digest gate fails closed.

The change adds three things and edits nothing: the package, a test module whose pin controls check
the digest gate fails closed, and the package's own workflow. It deliberately does not take a
Makefile target in the aggregate, because `Makefile` and `.gitattributes` are recorded by other
packages' manifests (the joint-dual and round-8 certificates among them) and editing either moves
their digests; the workflow runs the same commands on 3.11, 3.13 and 3.14 and then requires
`git diff --exit-code`.

Thank you @Dugongue. This contribution is now retained on main in the scoped 100-PR review and contributor credits.

Contribution: Coordinated frame optimization, bank charts and native replay.

Review and limits: Prior exact-head full native offline archive replay. Source notices retain the underlying bit, complex and assembly contributors.

The complete original source, notices and relevant execution evidence are retained through the pinned source archive. The review distinguishes fresh local runs, source-bound historical Linux CI and prior exact-head review; it does not claim 100 fresh full mathematical audits. Closing this historical PR as reconciled. This preserves parallel and cumulative credit without replacing the selected frontier or promoting priced research targets to completed constructions.
