…headers Takes PR #2234's later-bootstrap handoff. PR #2234's weighted leaf and reversed header ADD exchange ordinary fields digit by digit; replacing only the leaf leaves the header width toll unchanged. This package implements a temporary two-field radix-to-binary adapter: it pads only the two exchanged fields with real zero bits (active volume grows by less than four), invokes one completed binary interchange on the whole stream and restricts after the complete endpoint, preserving arbitrary prefix, gap and suffix fields. Under the explicit earlier-callee and stream contracts, substituting at both sites gives the required O(V w^(1-a)) charge, a local toll C V(n + w^(1-a)). The inherited conditional second-round saving stays 1699995087/10^12; no supplier or kappa change. Adds research/bit2234-callee-substitution/ only, with eight PR #2234 and PR #2087 files copied unchanged under sources/. Result and precise claim
This proves a conditional, cutoff-independent uniform time lifting lemma for the H2 obligation left explicit by PR1965 and PR1990. For the native first ordinary-bootstrap stage in the selected PR1094 assembly, it supplies
This holds at every integer radix width e >= 1 with an integer borrowed width 0 <= k < e/2 and k <= ceil(sigmaw(1+log2 e)), provided the explicit uniform primitive/endpoint contracts in the proof hold and their seven time coefficients are at most C. C and sigma are not measured or asserted to satisfy a numerical allowance. There is no new kappa, changed cutoff, supplier adoption, or complete multiplication theorem.

research/selected-bootstrap-uniform-time.What is new relative to the predecessors
Josie Elliston's PR1956 identified the carried-time-constant issue; PR1965 separates time absorption from stock fit but explicitly assumes that its H2 estimate holds whenever the stock fits. ToikY's PR1990 independently checks stock-fit arithmetic and retains this uniformity obligation. This contribution expands that implication into a quantified recurrence, a completely charged wrapper bill, and a source-bound rational K. It does not repeat their fourteen headrooms, compute the H3 stock coefficient, or import the historical m=120 reserve constant.
The implication remains conditional on real uniform primitives; an eventual big-O statement alone is insufficient. A finite leaf-cost spike provides an exact negative control for that distinction.
Proof and complete bill
For nonnegative recursive coefficients c_r, 1 <= r < m, suppose uniformly in integer n,w:
With positive lower bounds g1,gt on the linear and stopped moment gaps, induction gives
T(n,w)<=A*n+B*n^(1-s)*w^(1-a), whereA=Cadapt/g1andB=max(Cleaf,Cpeel/gt).The full normalized wrapper bill is
The factor four pays two reversed body calls on less than twice the original padded volume; six pays three shifts on that volume. Padding scans, residual digits and the completed high-part exchange are explicit. Row restoration is required before restricting to genuine rows. The two calls occur outside recursion and do not multiply the recursive moment.
Using
n<=e/w,e^s<=w<=2e^s,0<=a<=s<1andk^(1-a)<=kfor integer k>=1 givesThe proof retains the stock ceiling's extra one and handles an empty atom body. There is no cutoff L in K.
For generated descriptor work bounded per prefix by
Cdesc*e^d*w^b, a complete q^w target fiber gives, withD=b+ceil(d/s), the all-width boundCdesc*e^d*w^b/q^w <= Cdesc*2^D*D!.The exact positive generating-series proof removes a merely asymptotic preparation threshold, but still requires a uniform degree/site-count bound. Incomplete fibers cannot use this estimate.
Selected source binding
The native selected first stage uses PR589's BIT m=64, W=28416, maximum child 42, not the complex m=73 producer. The selected receipt's existing surcharged moment certificate at
bit_loweris authenticated and reused; no new root calculation or independent supplier replay is claimed. The frozen PR1087 assembler supplies
s=min(bit_lower,(1-10^-24)*complex_lower)-10^-27and the complete rank-one fallback surcharge. Exact arithmetic givesThe gt inequality follows from concavity: for d=bit_lower-s in (0,1) and x<=42/64,
x^d<=1-d*(1-x)<=1-(11/32)d. Multiplication into the inherited positive moment terms proves the stated sufficient gap without calculating another moment root. These inequalities giveK=C*max(401501,2sigma).Exact Git blob/SHA256 pins, the archive member hash, original selection, task scope and canonical result are included. Archived predecessor Python is authenticated and read, never executed.

The submission overlap search at 19:03:36Z used complete cached snapshots of 353 open PRs (19:00:33Z) and 738 discussion/comment/reply records (19:02:09Z), plus 1,538 local records. Relevant retained sources and three historical circuit/recurrence matches were inspected. Freshness and coverage limits are recorded in TASK.json; these non-atomic cached text searches are not a novelty certificate and do not cover every diff or unpublished work.Remaining obligations: bind actual primitive implementations to the uniform coefficients and preparation-site counts; derive the actual same-domain sigma; preserve all inherited endpoint, compiler, normalized logical-volume, tape and analytic contracts. Later bootstrap stages require their preceding completed ordinary contract. This package binds native stage one only and does not silently adopt H2 for a real implementation.
Open next questions and credit
The first useful continuation is to source-bind logical-volume normalization, fixed-tape parking and descriptor preparation to the named uniform coefficients. Separately, derive the selected BIT cover divisor/depth stock envelope for H3. The README and TASK.json state the blockers and first steps.
