Summary

This adds an all-mixer obstruction for one additional eight-coordinate affine helper at the fixed QQ16 F0/B1 cut. For every rational 8x8 M, the response H + B0 X_U + M B2 X_U + c leaves at least 32|G|/7 dimensions in B2(ker[B0+M B2;B1]). The inherited selected-value witness then gives identical observations for a nonzero selected input and zero input.

The screen grants source access, query arithmetic, helper storage/hosting, update, inverse, restoration, frame/address conversions, local and recursive calls, and precision free. Injectivity still fails, so this interface has no cost or moment gain. No new kappa, native implementation, or supplier is claimed.

Observed locally on Python 3.14.7:

• PASS_QQ16_AFFINE_HELPER_MIX cases=4 positives=4 controls=3 no_new_kappa
• PASS_PACKAGE_METADATA_AND_PINS (not a mathematical acceptance check)
• git diff --cached --check passed.

Python 3.12 registered replay was not run locally; the direct verifier and package metadata/pin check passed. The direct verifier exercises exact rational row-space recovery, nonzero residual kernels, affine offset/dirty-state cancellation, trace arithmetic, and three mutation controls. It does not recreate the predecessor's route proof or replay the inherited full native trajectory.

Overlap and attribution

The final find_overlap.py --refresh covered 378 open PRs with complete pagination. The Discussion refresh was rate-limited and fell back to the complete cache from 19:47Z (786 records). The live recent Discussion query at 19:58Z found no other current QQ16 helper claim; the relevant existing scopes are identified above. This search is not a novelty certificate.
