This extends PR2161 by shrinking the free positive proof gaps together and attains the maximum kappa on its unchanged floor grid and backoff. With the unchanged certified complex endpoint C, floor F=10^30046 and backoff B=10^-30022, the new exact point is

kappa = C - 1/F - B.

The exact gain over #2161 is approximately 2.001681395341824885873407288e-30010. It is still numerically tiny, not a material paid-supplier improvement. No word, owner map, physical invoice, primitive endpoint or inherited theorem hypothesis changes.

The proof is short: every point in this family has epsilonq<C and CF is integral, so floor(Fepsilonq)/F-B <= C-1/F-B. The chosen r0=10^-30080 point has 0<C-epsilon*q<1/F and attains equality. PROOF.md states the exact scope: different grids, backoffs, suppliers and mechanisms are outside this cap.

Validation:

  • All 62 retained strict inequalities, an explicit Gaussian-above-main family invariant, all 17 original mutation vectors, independent nine-cost equations, exact gain and ceiling attainment pass.
  • Fresh actual evaluations of both unchanged fine engines at the new b=C-r0 return upper moments below one. PROVIDER-POINT.json is produced by the actual checker and bound by the full result producer.
  • PASS_SOURCE_BOUND_COMPLETE_FINITE_OUTER_REFINEMENT binds the previously completed unchanged native/paid/controller/owner/geometry admission, both moment engines, adjacent-grid rejection and both 47-inequality assemblies. No new cold native replay is claimed for unchanged physical inputs.
  • Registered Python 3.12 arithmetic replay, source/metadata checks, assertion-disabled rejection, privacy and diff checks pass.

The extra main-binding guard is intentional. When the kappa floor is much coarser than the new gaps, a beta outside the declared binding window may still exceed the lower rounded kappa. The guard enforces the original family's binding condition explicitly; no retained inequality, original mutation vector or parent checker assertion was removed.

Depends on #2161 / #2044. Parent package bytes and predecessor evidence are immutable. The previously disclosed parent Linux CRLF/LF aggregate limitation and unrelated historical split-skip pin failure remain; no whole-repository green or hosted-CI pass is claimed. All inherited compiler, realization, hosting, precision/tape, recovery, analytic, prime-theorem and bit obligations remain conditional; no unconditional theorem or human review claim.
