Result
This is a scoped negative result for one proposed QQ16 interface mechanism: retaining the post-
B_1_2eight-coordinated_A = Y_Aobservation in the existing owned fieldsC0..C7.At the exact pinned cut, the private fields return in frame I, while the eight A-port Y outputs have frames
f117, f124, f137, f144, f153, f163, f174, f228, each with 18 nonzero Z4 terms. An exact scan of all 3,650 registered cover maps finds no one-map normalization to I. In the one-term native-line model, matching the eight private fields to the source frames requires at least 144 rank-one line calls, with 288 associated full-cover map operations. The eight coefficient-one scalar copies cost 32 real scalar primitives. Terminal cleanup adds eight clear primitives; a following retained core can reuse its existing clears. The current favorable rank-eight output envelope in Discussion #2074 leaves at most two further rank-one-equivalent calls above the selected ceiling. The 144-line floor exceeds that planning allowance before charging the record handling, physical address/stream costs, global hosting, or recursive precision. This is scoped to the pinned single-map search and one-term line conversion model; it does not rule out a multi-map route or another state layout. No controller or new κ is claimed.
Reproduction and evidence
The first two commands pass locally on CPython 3.14.7. Package metadata and source pins pass. This environment has no CPython 3.12 executable, so I could not run the registered Python 3.12 replay locally; no hosted CI result is claimed here.

The positive controls check the identity map and one-term cancellation; negative controls reject a wrong stage, wrong port, and mutated source certificate.Relation to prior work
Merged PR #1969 supplies the retained QQ16 words and native wrapper conventions. PR #2174 (
f79470a7931f3943360c10d15b428e0e4e479c22) supplies the conditional two-query decoder and identifies realization ofd_Aat the B1 cut as open. This contribution tests one concrete private-bank relay mechanism. It is separate from the pre-F0 ordinary-to-selectedB2 X_Uobservation claimed in Discussion #2074.Claim and handoff: Discussion #2192. Substantial OpenAI Codex assistance was used; no independent human review is claimed.
