Result
This package replaces the symbolic chart-route terms in PR #2195's restricted-fibre ADD formula with the exact selected GL64 route words for the complete same-family ADD subset in the pinned PR589 word.
The scan-sharing screen finds 3,456 (call, family) groups, which gives a naive ceiling of 7,616 fewer selection scans. It does not count this as a saving: family 451's first and second same-family ADDs are separated by an operation that changes role 243, and the exact three-operation control shows the reorder changes role 244 on a dirty input.
Scope
This is a partial conditional cost result, not a complete low-class invocation or a new supplier. Whole-family selection, payload XOR, fixed-tape parking, descriptor installation, precision, recursive child execution, and restoration remain unpriced. No new kappa is claimed; the selected conditional kappa is unchanged.
The route records are the 43 used records captured from PR #2157 head
eb1bf93950e9b14f7fadca7892866e9f29a26ad3. The verifier replays each rational route word and checks it against the selected support completion and the exact bill. PR #2195 head3a1cf78a1ba6322129e42d80c50d21765524d612supplies the owner layout and the three-route procedure. PR #2171's preparation costs and PR #2188's descriptor work remain separate.Assignment: seed

The first two lines are normal and optimized verifier runs. Python 3.12 is unavailable in this environment, so the registered Python 3.12 replay was not run locally.
