Summary
Adds a pinned, reproducible scoped obstruction for a two-center in-flight defect relay on the 11,500-ADD PR1062 R439 word. It checks all three reciprocal singleton first-read pairs and all four paired terminal-restoration omissions.
For each omission case the complete 661-column forward residual has rank two. Exact support factorization yields 20 candidate distinct-gate pairs and 40 interaction orientations. The verifier inventories source-tap removal, addition, and replacement over every register label, including frame-illegal labels. With two D taps removed, strict scalar saving requires the two A edits to cost at most +1 ADD; no such map-preserving action pair exists.
PR #1937 leaves cross-center in-flight intermediate defect vectors outside its census. This contribution covers only the stated four cases and two-tap budget. It claims no new supplier or kappa.
Reproduction
The package metadata and source pins pass. The manifest-equivalent isolated optimized replay passes locally under Python 3.14.7. Python 3.12 is not installed in this environment, so the registered Python 3.12 runner could not be invoked locally; CI can run the declared command.
Expected verifier marker:
The package credits the PR1062 parent word and PR1937 positive control, pins the selected-record chain and task catalogue at base
