The new pure dirty alias 619 -> 530 and actual owner repacking give conditional κ = 0.0016965151242727336. The full exact modern ledger point is 0.00169651512427273361603599999999979966069697504545327679280000000004, below the independently admitted native complex endpoint 0.001696515124272733616036. This exceeds the latest competing claim reviewed in PR #2302 by about 1.19e-7 through an actual paid construction change.
The additional alias removes one width-4 helper without widening any other helper: 437 -> 436. All 666 complete calls use the cheaper extra provider. Deleting 666 literal hosted roles replaces paid ranks 1+4 by 5, and two further legal width-7 moves replace 7+7 by 14. The final 290376-role fill is reproduced from pinned inputs and checked against actual chronological windows, physical families, orthogonal axes and compact nonoverlapping prefixes. The read-only local producer checks both orientations and 23 mutation controls per retained provider; full native replay separately checks exact Gaussian phases and wrappers.
Private cleanup storage is explicitly charged: 76 simultaneous FULL buffers, allocation/release CLEARs, and 88 monomial routing events per orientation. The physical stock is 66826 and the row bound 19545<20161. A source-bound 12-stage finite ordinary bootstrap supplies the modern router's actual near-endpoint ordinary rate, with arbitrary sequential cutoff constants. Two exact moment engines check native and conservative endpoint brackets; the 47-row legacy and 62-row modern outer, 17 modern rejecting controls and 19 retained evidence replays are preserved.
Nine self-contained Mathlib-only theorems in ProfileGain.lean prove the complete real-power profile gain uniformly for 0<=p<1, with separate fresh kernel/transitive-axiom audits using only propext, Classical.choice and Quot.sound. Counts include seven shared component lemmas, not duplicate or nine novel-discovery claims. Use the standalone source or the parts, not both. The numerical Python certificates and full multiplication theorem are not formalized in Lean.
The frozen full package passes end-to-end verification, including the full hosted-role/time and owner-digest binding with rejecting corruption controls (PR1959/2301 predecessor credit) and source-immutability checks; generated gzip payload normalization also passes a forced-compressor reconstruction/parent-lift test without weakening immutable byte pins. Reproduce with
python -I -O -B research/t74-borrow-repacked/verify_package.py --out /unused/external/result; fresh Lean audit is a separate command documented in README. Local Python 3.11.9 and Lean/Mathlib 4.33.0 were checked; hosted CI/Python 3.12 is not claimed in advance.Credit: Cinna Davis/PR2226 anticipatory borrowing; Jeremy Kothe/PR2269 and 2281 T74 lineage; WildIdeas' frame refit in PR2288 already reaches the cheaper aggregate provider profile, so no priority is claimed for that gain. The additional alias and actual packing go further. The final PR refresh through #2303 includes PR2302's distinct pivot-518/506 kernel improvement, whose claimed kappa remains below this package point; that kernel is not incorporated here. Retained PR1673/1758/1786/2220 outer, PR185/387 ordinary bootstrap, PR1956 cutoff carry and PR1964 label audit attributions remain. PR2286 and 2295 adjacent review/formalization scopes are explicitly distinguished. New material is Apache-2.0 with substantial OpenAI Codex assistance from one primary agent and three collaborators; no independent human review is claimed.
This is a finite conditional improvement. All-size/compiler, physical fixed-tape and precision, recovery, analytic transfer, native recurrence correction and cited bit-supplier interfaces remain inherited. The headline additionally uses capped-fusion/support-routing, equal-chunk interchange, gauge-free interiors, radix-union scheduling and fine-prime padding. The selected project certificate is unchanged, and no unconditional theorem or global optimality is claimed.
