Change and mathematical scope

The eight A-copy sweeps do not absorb the QQ16 paired shear’s eight extra native lines. At the actual B_1_2[:80] cut, before future-Y alignment, the sheared endpoint needs exactly 24 atomic single-field native lines versus 16 inherited. A 24-by-24 character-difference minor has determinant 4096, and a typed owned-C0 word attains the bound.

The theorem allows arbitrary finite scalar resynthesis with coefficients uniform over owners/payload addresses, plus free orthogonal-owner cover maps with even translations. All 64 actual map events belong to this subgroup. It holds for every positive tensor length. Odd translations, other payload-address operations, multi-field native atoms, internal-wrapper splitting and later cuts are excluded. This is a scoped native-cost result, not a controller, supplier or κ improvement.

The complete local invoice is 16→24 lines, 32→48 native wrappers, 64→64 explicit maps, 48→72 complex ADDs, 16→32 CLEARs and 8→16 private sweeps. Scalar real-primitive allowance is 480→704 (+224), charging half ADDs at 10, unit ADDs at 8 and CLEARs at 2. Global hosting, precision and recursive admission remain open.

Task and overlap

One chooser seed f7a0c6caa6b3f1906aa449affcb084ab; recursive-interfaces / joint-query-controller, key 22e535909f1d243e7553. TASK.json explicitly records changed scope: PR #2328’s released later-cut physical-cost handoff replaces the already-covered generic extra-observation experiment. It does not complete the original controller gate.

Canonical investigation/claim. The 08:24 UTC refresh paginated 619 open PR bodies including drafts; #2328 remains at 6b2717ce2bbb13c2152e64efea48867b78840bbb. Main/guidance/catalogue/selected record are unchanged. The canonical thread and targeted board/handoffs were read; broad Discussion/closed/unpublished coverage is incomplete. No first-closure claim.

Validation

python3.12 -I -B scripts/research_package.py --package research/qq16-even-map-native-cut

CPython 3.12.14 / macOS arm64: registered normal and optimized replay passes, with 13 semantic controls and nine integration tests in each mode. Metadata/Git-object pins and whitespace checks pass.

Fresh evidence includes 712-row equality in a free noncommuting-operator algebra (all positive tensor lengths by written interpretation), a separate complete λ=1 affine-group replay, all 480 dirty helpers, C0 cleanup/C1..C7 preservation, ordered native frames/barriers, and 8,192 literal native-recipe basis columns. An independent real rational 48-by-48 check yields rank 48 and determinant 4096². Controls distinguish tensor powers from a simultaneous-shift surrogate, detect a helper corruption invisible to both characters, and reject bad native phases, owner routes, scratch ownership, receipts and source bytes. No pending predecessor verifier is imported. Separate agent math and test reviews found no remaining blocker; no human or proof-assistant review.

The broad research-baseline command was attempted but did not pass because this sparse checkout lacks the selected supplier’s complete source inventory. Full selected/supplier replay, physical compilation, global precision and all-size obligations were not run. This package’s pinned closure and registered replay pass.
