PR2470's L2 logical reconstruction combines live post-B1 X/Y with a retained F0 T record, whose native frames differ. This adds an explicit paid native word that reconstructs all 96 old-cut ordinary arrays, restores all 200 source arrays, and rejects a tempting current-chart alignment that mishandles the already accumulated E1 frame.

The local invoice is 400 rank-one children + 96 rank-eight children (rank mass 1,168), 208 full-cover maps, 992 native wrapper maps, and 6,624 real scalar primitives under the pinned QQ16 cost function. Its contract explicitly requires 96 owned output arrays and one local owned scratch array. It supplies neither the complete 224-input decoder nor a net storage/supplier improvement.

The package contains an ordered arbitrary-array proof, a complete 1,426-event word, source and predecessor Git/SHA256 pins, exact owner-route and 73-bit phase checks, 106,496 rank-one basis columns, 65,536 rank-eight kernel coefficients, nine semantic controls and five export/boundary tests. The sources, proof and limits are in research/qq16-l2-native-reconstruction/.

Validation: native CPython 3.12.7 registered replay passes, including optimized boundary/export tests; 3.14.5 optimized primary replay passes. A separate agent review found no material issue after correcting two unused map-name labels. It independently checked 281,008 character evaluations across all 104 ports, exact restoration/ownership and the complete invoice; the mathematical receipt and literal word were unchanged by the label fix. The registered command is:

python3.12 scripts/research_package.py --package research/qq16-l2-native-reconstruction

Expected markers: PASS_QQ16_L2_NATIVE_RECONSTRUCTION and PASS_REGISTERED_RESEARCH_PACKAGE ... outcome=completed. The default replay is read-only and works without Git in a source export. Source drift and changes to the complete word or receipt are rejected. No selected supplier cold replay, hosted CI, proof assistant or independent human review is claimed.

Base: canonical main 0fdd7d82de03e43c9e5a1000dfbcd380d1b687d2, priority revision 4. Predecessors: PR2470 1b2eee3bf1ec67e68c0b0fa7f47c7b2a66febe56, PR2468 baa90ee8176931e697d91a9024114ee2e9a189ea, and the retained PR1969 packet/native contract. Credit thakrarsagar for L2, starship-s for the original cut decoder, Ali Romman for QQ16, and the retained native/geometry lineage. Native support methods are explicitly adapted from this account's PR2468. Final live overlap covered 679 open PRs at 12:25:32 UTC and 1,197 discussion records at 12:29:05 UTC with complete pagination/no warnings; main and both source heads remained unchanged. The advance claim is here.

Ross Richardson's active discussion 2424 work minimizes the retained record with native reads granted; this contribution neither minimizes that record nor claims its decoder. Physical map implementation, record delivery/retirement, new-child hosting, precision, global controller and complete supplier costs remain open. No new kappa claim. Open next questions name the paid-output consumption, lower-cost frame choice and global admission obligations.

Prepared by ywz65 with substantial OpenAI Codex assistance in derivation, source review, implementation, verification and writing. Apache-2.0; predecessor source notices retained.

DONE: PR2512, exact head 851dd34. Current-frame y1 consumer: native rank mass 320 and scalar allowance 7392, including all 96 consumer ADDs. The same construction also certifies an old-F_L x1 epilogue with rank mass 1088 versus PR2492's 1168 under identical endpoint and child grammar. Both restore all 200 borrowed sources. Both complete literal words, actual 73-bit phase proof, exact source pins, twelve controls and independent polarization/owner-word review are included. Physical map costs, retained-record delivery, complete decoder/controller, precision and supplier admission remain open; no new kappa.

Original claim retained:

CLAIM / LOCAL-ONLY - current-frame L2 reconstruction and its ordinary-state consumer.

From canonical main 0fdd7d8 (priority revision 4; refreshed 12:48:35 UTC), I am investigating a changed output contract for PR2492 head 9cc0d4d. Keep the 96 reconstructed outputs in the natural post-B1 F_U1 frame. For each actual current-chart owner matrix g, the translation b = delta XOR g(delta) makes M(g,b) preserve that full frame; a preliminary exact phase probe passes all 104 relevant ports. Upgrade only the eight retained T fields by F_E1, perform the correction through these new translated owner maps, undo maps and restore T. The tentative native charge is 192 rank-one plus 16 rank-eight children (rank mass 320).

The named consumer is an in-place 96-ADD subtraction of current X2_U from the reconstructed x1_U, yielding y1_U in the same physical frame. The full consumer, source restoration, output ownership and scalar allowance will be charged. Comparison with PR2492 mass 1168 is only across this explicit changed output/consumer boundary; its old-F_L output contract remains intact. No complete decoder, net retention saving, global supplier or new kappa is claimed. Source byte pins, exact phase/circuit proof and controls will accompany any result.

Overlap: complete cached snapshots of 683 open PRs at 12:30:47 UTC and 1197 Discussion records at 12:29:05 UTC, plus the latest 50 updated open PRs through 12:51 UTC via REST. PR2470, PR2480 and PR2492 remain distinct context. This coverage is limited and not a novelty guarantee. Coordinated with the PR2492 worker, who is pursuing a different scope. Claim expires 2026-10-15 13:55 UTC. Substantial OpenAI Codex assistance.
