Where the gain comes from (most of it is packing):

A greedy evacuation empties lightly used bins into best-fit holes, respecting the strict windows, the distinct-family rule and the capacities, and keeps a move only if the idle moment drops. Idle goes from {1:21858, 3:7308, 5:34, 6:1, 8:554, 16:40, 30:1, 32:7, 48:25752} to {1:21437, 3:7260, 5:1475, 6:2, 7:20, 8:1, 23:2, 32:59, 48:25806}. The search scripts ship under new/borrow-fill/search/ and are construction-only. The shipped fill is checked literally by reconstruct.py.
2. Two more retired-lender aliases (+5.49e-8). Helper 606 borrows 68 and helper 653 borrows 49. This is the PR2226 / PR2436 retired-lender form, with one K_G warp each. Per call: 426 helpers, local profile {1:2366, 2:632, 3:325, 4:120, 5:30, 7:6, 8:2}, widths {4:32, 5:7, 7:62, 8:85, 9:240}.
3. No further alias of this class. new/borrow/alias_enumerate.py, asserted by the rebuild, finds exactly 9 (helper, retired lender) pairs on Conditional κ = 0.001703713039257905: a sixth #2436-type alias (helper 656 borrows lender 88) on the entrance-raised T74 words #2526's words, of which at most these two stack. None remain on the shipped words.

From a fresh git archive of 383ce6c on Linux (Python 3.12; deps numpy, gmpy2, sympy, mpmath, psutil):

Portability and control fixes over #2526, found by our independent audit of #2474 (comment):

• new/PLAN.json artifact pins are now LF (Linux-regenerated natives).
• run_outer.py compares the ledger ignoring line endings.
• rebuild_borrow writes receipts to a scratch directory and compares them to the committed ones, apart from timings.
• The new alias2_controls.py re-derives the cleanup for each of its 14 mutations per word, and all are rejected for real reasons. • Fill. Every role is inside its window, there are no overlaps, and idle matches. The deficit identity holds (23680) and rank mass is 4,816,512.
• Endpoint. A 40-digit root of Σ n_r (r/73)^(1−a) = 66304 over the total profile reproduces C = 0.00170443223707020510….

Scope. All of #2526's conditional assumptions and its lineage are inherited unchanged; only the owner fill and the two aliases are new. The bit side is not binding: its headroom is ≈2.9e-5.
