# Attribution and overlap

This derivative retains PR2802's actual native words and uses a new source-bound
application of elementary owner-block norm accounting to the precision invoice.
The T114 gain has a new checked literal owner allocation and complete
admission. It does not claim a new general tensor-isomorphism identity, a first
TI application to multiplication, or an improvement from covariance alone.

## Direct native and allocation ancestry

Marius-Paul Dumitrean's [PR2802](https://github.com/CrocSwap/integer-mult-bounds/pull/2802),
head `17b2ee6ef3cf1468e78a6267f0ecbc9a0e6f60dd`, supplies the retained retired7
native words, frame refits and restoration; its NOTICE records substantial
Anthropic Claude/Claude Code assistance. Tekalign's PR2751 supplies joint
twelve-source recovery. PR2766 and PR2733 contribute frame-route/refit work;
Philippe Van Velzen's PR2679 contributes pre-life hosting and retired-lender
aliases; Mason Hale's PR2696 contributes the assignment; zxv's PR2530 supplies
source-partner loans; Jeremy Kothe's PR2588 supplies helper-label exchange;
Cinna Davis's PR2226 supplies anticipatory dirty borrowing. Their exact notices
and licenses remain authoritative.

[PR2824](https://github.com/CrocSwap/integer-mult-bounds/pull/2824), by Dugongue,
is the preceding checked T94 tail-dilution construction. The succeeding admitted
T104 allocation and its authenticated native receipts are direct predecessors.
The native words and paid local mechanism are inherited; replica dilution does
not earn credit for a new word construction. Existing Rohan Arun and selected
icekylinx/source-frame/compiler lineage remains credited by retained notices.

## Earlier tensor, gauge and response mechanisms

| Source | Author | Relevant earlier contribution |
|---|---|---|
| [PR471](https://github.com/CrocSwap/integer-mult-bounds/pull/471) | Dugongue | Full-nine-axis two-sided monomial normalization, arbitrary dirty endpoints and restored same-owner spectators. |
| [PR476](https://github.com/CrocSwap/integer-mult-bounds/pull/476), [PR478](https://github.com/CrocSwap/integer-mult-bounds/pull/478) | Dugongue | Target transvections and interval correction/recovery, including overlapping factors. |
| [PR483](https://github.com/CrocSwap/integer-mult-bounds/pull/483) | Dugongue | Simultaneous response-packet cancellation and nested donor flags. |
| [PR492](https://github.com/CrocSwap/integer-mult-bounds/pull/492) | Dugongue | Equal nonzero-response relocation and stage-conditioned providers. |
| [PR498](https://github.com/CrocSwap/integer-mult-bounds/pull/498) | Dugongue | Rational-span intersections and paired rational whole-owner routing. |
| [PR508](https://github.com/CrocSwap/integer-mult-bounds/pull/508) | Dugongue | Joint gauge collapse; shared maxima require a complete reconstructed invoice. |
| [PR537](https://github.com/CrocSwap/integer-mult-bounds/pull/537) | Dugongue | Higher-dimensional response spaces, rank32 saturation, observational rewriting and contextual registry gluing. |
| [PR556](https://github.com/CrocSwap/integer-mult-bounds/pull/556) | Dugongue | Exact directed-cut frame optimization and eight costed structural transfers. |
| [PR563](https://github.com/CrocSwap/integer-mult-bounds/pull/563) | Dugongue | Contextual provider selection, partial-group penalties and finite pooling. |
| [PR2742](https://github.com/CrocSwap/integer-mult-bounds/pull/2742) | Jose Manuel (`jmbarrancoml`) | Actual native dirty-reader covariance, dyadic helper chart and phase-correct monomials; eight rank-eight descents remain. |

PR2742 records substantial OpenAI Codex assistance and credits ywz65/PR2491 for
the full dirty reader, signed data permutation and framed interpretation; Ross
Richardson/PR2500 for the dyadic chart and typed cost audit; Cinna Davis/PR1391
and PR1410 for order-four echo; Aaron Wang (`navinor`)/PR2595 for phase windows;
and Ali Romman/PR1719 for the Gaussian-dyadic compiler/interpreter. An unsigned
ERASE transport rule does not apply automatically to its mixed helper chart.

PR2341 (bitplane), PR2378 (AAAmirinu) and PR2422 (bitplane) provide earlier
conditional whole-array tensor/monomial semantics. Their retained credits include
Jose Manuel, Gareth Davidson, AAAmirinu, DreamingOfClouds and Lemma G contributors,
plus Mathlib. These interfaces do not by themselves discharge the full physical
compiler. Relevant older R715 lineage also includes DreamingOfClouds/PR463,
Rohan Arun/PR467/470 and chafreaky/PR458/472/502.

## This review's scope

The current-source endpoint/block audit, finite allocations, directed arithmetic
and new Mathlib energy lemmas are distinct from inherited native evidence.
Authenticated reuse must be described explicitly. Current reader symmetries and
failed bounded gauge searches are research evidence, not additional kappa gains.
The finite-group and direct-sum mathematics is classical; no global novelty
claim is made. [FRONTIER.md](FRONTIER.md) records the bounded source coverage and
missing historical records. Exact source hashes and original notices take
precedence over summaries or mutable PR titles.

# T114 tensor-block precision and frontier scope

**Status: complete T114 release PASSED.** The admitted conditional target is
`0.001717795274221416686578 - 10^-46 - 10^-70`, an exact
`51604828943380/10^24 = 5.160482894338e-11` increase over the admitted T104 target.
Independent finite allocation or moment checks alone do not establish complete admission.
Final status is controlled by the fresh release and kernel receipts, not this draft.

The proposed change retains PR2802's actual two R408 native words. At complete
hosted boundaries, each caller has its prescribed data shear, every dirty helper
has only its own normalized residual transform, and shared private work is clear.
Grouping physical families by their owner replica therefore bounds amplification
by each replica's nine calls and nine bridges. The new precision invoice charges
2048 bits, including full regular-representation stock conversion and an additional partial-cover bit; it
replaces the previous amplification over all replicas. The actual T114 allocation,
all paid children, ordinary finite costs and outer inequalities still require
fresh source-bound admission. See [PROOF.md](PROOF.md).

The candidate has 114 replicas, 1026 complete calls and 418608 whole-helper roles.
Its proposed complete profile is
`{1:2470608,2:664848,3:285126,4:131328,5:41894,8:8208,32:1,48:40914}`.
Live stock is 102144; physical stock is 102634, including eight private centres,
408 reserved helper slots, 72 private zero buffers and two coefficient fields.
Full regular-representation stock has 2645 bits, so its explicit square-root conversion charges 1323 bits. The conservative prefix is 1511<2048 and the ordinary row coefficient is 19547<20161. No zero-cost omitted helper, centre child or larger row ceiling is proposed.

## Comparison and current source review

The preceding T104 construction completed its changed-candidate release at
`0.001717795222616587743198 - 10^-46 - 10^-70`. Its original frontier and proof
notices are preserved verbatim, with original SHA256 digests, in
[the predecessor notice](provenance/TI-BLOCK-PREDECESSOR-NOTICES.json).
Those historical success statements apply to T104; they do not certify T114.

The additional TI-focused source snapshot identifies canonical upstream
`CrocSwap/integer-mult-bounds`, main
`b6a42ba8bcdf5a88c0ab14019779b84614795746`, and maintainer priority revision 5.
Its selected conditional record remains `0.001672660197076918`, distinct from
stronger pending submissions. The tensor-keyword query at
2026-10-16T00:34:20.702Z returned 127 PR bodies with
`incomplete_results=false`; a tensor-plus-isomorphism query returned PR471,
PR508 and PR537. Actual relevant proofs, bodies and notices were inspected.
The review also traced 138 focused/keyword roots to 1514 explicit cited PR
numbers, with 1143 records available and 371 missing. This is a bounded
attribution survey, not a complete import graph, all-comments review or novelty
certificate. The full central TI dossier was searched and read in relevant
sections; its entire 2.7 MB appendix was not manually reread.

Earlier whole-footprint normalization, restored spectators, target factoring,
response-kernel cancellation, coordinated gauges and contextual hosting already
appear in public work. [CREDITS.md](CREDITS.md) names the relevant sources.
The current application uses elementary direct-sum operator-norm accounting on
source-bound normalized endpoints. It claims neither a new general tensor
isomorphism identity nor that nobody previously used this viewpoint.

PR2742's actual covariant dirty-reader action is useful reviewed overlap, but it
retains all eight rank-eight centre descents and is not substituted for the
current multiplier. The additionally checked 1344 current-reader covariances
and bounded gauge searches did not themselves produce a paid-profile gain.
Standalone TI/TI_SL decision results do not establish a cheaper native supplier.

## Evidence and limits

The new universal energy inequalities, exact endpoint/topology checks, literal
T114 owners and complete global release are separate evidence layers. Unchanged
native chains may be reused only under exact source/artifact/receipt guards;
reuse is not a fresh native rerun. The package's final validation must state
which layers ran freshly and which authenticated earlier checks were reused.

The multiplication implication retains all inherited all-size compiler,
common-label/source-access, hosted-wrapper, precision/tape, recovery, ordinary
recursion, bit-supplier and analytic-transfer contracts. No unconditional faster
multiplication theorem, TI=TI_SL result or global optimality claim is made.
