Certify conditional kappa 372359941334341/500000000000000000. Retain all 450 kernels, exclude 22 interacting PR289 gates, and add a mandatory composition checker. Preserve intermediate determinant obligations, repair the absent discovery-log manifest entries, and include the complete source-bound local replay receipts. Prepared with substantial OpenAI Codex assistance. Inherited contributors, licenses and assistance disclosures are preserved in the package.

Thank you @sannidhi-hemanth. This contribution is now retained on main in the scoped 100-PR review and contributor credits. Contribution: 65 compatible gen5 retimings and parent-comparison receipts. Review and limits: Fresh complete eleven-stage replay passed in 526s, including derivation of the 65 compatible retimings, all scalar/geometry/prime/bank checks, both exact moment engines, strict assembly and negative controls. The complete original source, notices and relevant execution evidence are retained through the pinned source archive. The review distinguishes fresh local runs, source-bound historical Linux CI and prior exact-head review; it does not claim 100 fresh full mathematical audits. Closing this historical PR as reconciled. This preserves parallel and cumulative credit without replacing the selected frontier or promoting priced research targets to completed constructions. Conditional κ = 0.000744719882668682: compatible PR289 retiming on PR290 kernels
This composes 65 kernel-disjoint extreme-frame retimings from #289 with all 450 collective kernel entries from #290. The exact conditional saving is
372359941334341/500000000000000000, an improvement of2691655527/500000000000000000(approximately 0.000722869%) over #290's0.000744714499357628.Of #289's 87 gates, 22 touch #290 kernel pivots or donors. Including all 87 passes the finite checks but gives the worse κ =
0.000744693355556140. The mandatory composition checker derives the exact 65-gate subset from the original selection and rejects conflicting, omitted, altered, or incorrectly bound selections. The kernel entries are rebound to the actual retimed word and every changed count/hash is recomputed; independent κ gains are not added. The stock, scalar additions, endpoints, kernel membership and entrance ranks are unchanged. There are 325 more five-stage calls at unchanged rank mass, but the paid-rank distribution has a lower concave cost and a better exact moment root. The original fallback envelope, three bootstrap levels, outer backoff and conditional interfaces are retained. Consumed intermediate frame obligations remain in the determinant inventory.
The pinned #290 manifest lists three absent discovery logs (
discovery/twin-census.log,discovery/coll/selG5.log,discovery/coll/families34.log), so its original verifier stops at integrity. This patch removes those nonexistent entries and pins every actual file. A separate baseline replay with only that repair reproduced #290's original κ.Validation: all 11 immutable stages passed locally — virtual, composition, raw, bit, kernel, scalar, primes, banks, complex, math, finite — with inputs unchanged, corruption/omission controls, both rational moment engines, all 47 strict assembly inequalities, and adjacent-grid rejection. Final manifest SHA256:
ec5bd800c48c0a20237ef50ef1b10db162bbcf464da36605d9e5de2dc7ce2504.The output directory must be fresh and outside the package. Python 3.11+ and SymPy 1.14.0 are required. The verifier is network-free after dependencies are installed.
This is a compatibility selection and verified composition of public mechanisms, not an unconditional theorem, novel multiplication algorithm, or measured runtime speedup. The retained all-size compiler, common weighted chart, restored-row, selector, routing, prime-supply, precision/recovery, complex-symbolic and analytic interfaces remain assumptions. No global-optimality claim is made.
