Complete the PR2653 handoff for PR2423's fixed transported R438 word and rehosting selection. Preserve the native and hosted acceptance predicates, bind emitted owners and remainders to the independent projector certificate, and reproduce the complete exact invoice. No new kappa. Prepared by @CubeJerry with substantial OpenAI Codex assistance; predecessor credit and limitations are retained in the package.

Completes #2653 / Discussion1289's handoff for #2423's fixed R438 word and layout. Fresh emitted/native evidence reproduces bit c=0.001734846264120199151475, with 904896 -> 904320 paid child calls (+0.08187% bit endpoint). No new κ: the accepted complex supplier still binds; the selected frontier is unchanged.
New relative to predecessors: actual hosted emission, all 126144 emitted owner/projector bindings, the charged rank-34 remainder, and a complete reproducible native/hosted invoice. The word, layout, geometric proof and predicted endpoint retain predecessor credit. Timing-dependent hash links are normalized only after their original integrity checks pass.
