Summary
This package independently audits the V45 rank-7 local lowering and reconstructs the profile-bearing word sections through all three published stages for both providers. It uses explicit XOR-span closure rather than the package's RREF frame routines, applies the five pinned stage-2 extraction records and fourteen stage-3 literal rewrites, and matches the final paid-profile fields against both pinned final words.
The audit reproduces the coordinated V45 price delta (−8,388,172 units) and positive four-helper margin (+22,972), with a losing single-helper control. It also checks the five-group stage-1 control, the intermediate stage-2 profile, all three published stage prices, and the T74 local-plus-idle rank-mass arithmetic. Omitted-frame, stale-rewrite-preimage, and unshifted-warp controls reject.

A publication byte preflight also matches the working package to the final commit.
Claim boundary
This is a partial positive audit, not a validation of the full supplier or a selected-frontier update. The stage-2/3 reconstruction covers fields that determine the paid profile; it does not independently certify the extraction or rewrite operator identities, compensation updates, or cleanup semantics. T74 ownership chronology, physical/native admission, and the outer release are also not independently audited here. The Decimal root calculation is a numerical cross-check, not an exact root certificate.
PR #2979 claims a candidate κ of approximately 0.0017290339826465135, above the currently selected conditional value 0.001672660197076918. This PR does not certify that candidate κ; the selected result remains unchanged. Newer candidate work is tracked separately in open PRs #3042, #3051, and #3054.
Credit
The construction and predecessor chain remain credited to their original contributors, including Dugongue / Marius-Paul Dumitrean (#2979) and Jeremy Kothe (#2957). PR #3042 and the T740 composition remain distinct pending contributions; this audit does not replace them.
