Change and mathematical scope

PR2982's complete-prefix wrapper and PR3233/PR3265's ADD/setup invoices leave the unit-translation and whole-swap-adapter charges uncomposed. This source proof and bounded replay supply those missing bounds, transfer the sign bound to its actual pooled caller, and close the conditional local high-cube tape bill while retaining every complete native B1 interval.

For cube volume V, factor count s, ADD/scaling/negation/translation counts a,h,g,c, and t swaps plus twice the reversed ADDs, the result is

Here each A_j is the entire actual native.run toll. The new unit-translation bound is <1024V, the complete carry-translation kernel is <32768V, and the whole swap adapter costs at most A_j+100000V. PROOF.md derives the bounds from source loops and states the canonical encoding, ownership, capacity and native endpoint premises. PR2982's prefix overhead is added once. Conditional on the inherited same-domain native tariff, this yields the local O(V(1+u^p)) bound.

The isolated package includes the proof, source-bound observer/checker, exact receipt, task/verification manifests and attributed hash-checked copies of the two pending proof dependencies. Frozen sources and the selected record are unchanged.

Validation

Validation on macOS with standard-library CPython 3.12.12 at 5ce521090c869211f808d132e28dcd4946f798c4:

• python3.12 -B scripts/research_package.py --package research/high-cube-paid-composition: normal and optimized runs pass; 14 complete packets, 9,654 Boolean coordinates, 48 actual elementary native calls, all six factor kinds, both ADD orientations, nonidentity low rows, occupied scratch roles and six controls.
• Exact partitions agree with separate physical observation and raw meters. Additional radix scans reach 268-bit words without exponential payload allocation.
• Committed-byte check passes for all 38 package/input files; checked export and direct replay from a fresh directory without Git pass. git diff origin/main --check passes.

Limits: successful execution only; conservative constants; no fitted/GL64 native payload, native all-width proof, full machine-step/backing/stock ledger, formal proof or new kappa. This is author-checked automated evidence, awaiting independent review. Credited pending component claims remain explicit premises, not admissions inferred from archival intake.

Task and overlap

Coordination: canonical claim and handoff. Base main remains 463113d675af7410ac91d53a4fed51ec6494eb9a, priority revision 6. Task selected-stock-envelope has changed scope, declared in TASK.json: the released local traffic handoff resolves a missing C1 routing implication, without assigning a whole-stage stock coefficient. The domain is canonical Q=q^u with odd q>=3, successful execution, sufficient capacity and the explicit native contract.

Open next questions

The package's next questions separate fitted native admission from the enclosing backing/control ledger. The smallest useful follow-up is to pin one genuinely fitted B1 call and discharge its full spectator, ownership, restoration and uniform-cost contract. Elementary fixtures do not resolve its inherited PR2753/2809/2899 premises.
