A refreshed all-rank donor-flow assignment improves the source behind frozen #334, followed by a freshly reconstructed downstream word and 54 final frame retimings. The exact conditional assembled value is 388803736895854229237273/500000000000000000000000000, a gain of 705164375912313417/62500000000000000000000000 over #334 (0.00145096%). Previously published heads and claims remain frozen.

The source retains the independent selector-port map and cube-orientation approach, then refreshes donor assignments and reruns concrete carrier matching and both physical reuse/descent passes. Optimization scores are used only for discovery. Complete producer regeneration and the strict source verifier admit the scalar word and full profile. Original producer hashes, source selections, inherited notices and AI disclosures are retained. Every full replay regenerates all five source payloads and checks their complete bytes, allowing platform-dependent gzip containers while independently pinning both containers.

Fresh downstream selections contain 480 initial retimings, 120 target groups, 1,242 entrance families of total rank 1,246, 240 early restorations, 14 terminal sink removals, 126 reorderings and 54 final retimings. The final word has 324,372 ADDs (326,292 unit-expanded), 47,817 local paid calls, rank mass 177,874 and 8,086 independently dirty helpers. Stock and profile are recounted together: across 300 replicas, the width-100 assembly uses 423,102 banks per stage, stock 3,267,510, 1,918,907,127,000 selector calls and primitive coefficient 125,797,874,249,408,501. The signed payload bound is 92 bits.

Two complete immutable replays actually exited 0 on Python 3.11 and 3.12 (1,037.53 s and 842.85 s), executing all 22 ordered stages. Their mathematical certificates match exactly after excluding only the top-level hashes of fresh timing-dependent receipts; every consumed receipt hash was checked. Both runs freshly regenerated all five complete source payloads and rejected all ten producer-binding mutations. A separate pre-publication gate compares every committed package blob to all 404 manifest entries plus the manifest itself.

Separately implemented checks reconstruct all F2 forward/inverse columns, arbitrary dirty restoration, COPY immutability, both reflected ledgers and an alternate exact tiling from actual endpoints. Omitting kernel restoration corrupts 953 formal rows. Independent modular elimination with exact Hadamard lifting checks all 27,814 nonzero frame/annihilator witnesses. Closed-form arithmetic verifies eight finite bootstrap levels, strict complex clipping, seven outer margins and the rational grid. The full verifier retains both moment engines, all helper assignments, the complete invoice and all 47 assembly inequalities.

The complete operational complex supplier remains #327 at 40ed0456ab1990beb3440e61bb883ccf95fdcea4, with full-fallback saving 779597612622781/10^18. Every full replay rebuilds its producer and checks signed scalar identities, arbitrary dirty restoration, both reflected splices, copied centres, dynamic scratch, precision and mutation controls. The bit root still binds.

This remains conditional on inherited all-size compiler, dirty lifting, common-ancestor chart, restored-row, covering, weighted selector, routing, growing-prime supply, precision/recovery, complex-symbolic and analytic-transfer interfaces. The threshold q >= 2^127 - 1 retains the growing-prime regime. No unconditional theorem or new Lean-build claim is made. The repository-wide inherited joint-dual Makefile pin failure remains separate and is addressed by #318.
