Research: group D native residual widths under #2979 joint W (no new kappa)

Change and scope

Bounded independent-moment audit under priority revision 6 for #2979 group D. Leave-alone #3411 binds group B (0:260 / 114:260); #3436 binds group C (115:262); group A entrance binds 0:261 / 115:261.

This package binds group D helpers {454,455,556,557} under shared W=⟨256,128,64,37,21,8,3⟩ on both providers and both orientations:

• all four helpers: residual pair 114:263, entrance [51], width 6
• adapter and LOCAL-CHECKS hashes match retained FULL-NATIVE-RECEIPT.json
• widths join all 2664 T74 fill placements

Scoped native/interface audit. No new kappa. Selected κ stays 0.001672660197076918. Guide margins +17170 / single-helper negatives are deliberately not headlined (already in #2979 STAGE-PRICES.json).
