Conditional κ = 158693865350747/(2·10¹⁷) ≈ 7.93469326753735e-4 — +7.65e-8 over #348 (7.93392809291691e-4).

Stacked on #348 (chafreaky). The only change is the complex program: #348's gcert/1 (certificates/gcert1-p10-b325-c2.json.gz) is replaced by a concave frame descent of it (retime/retime_gcert.py). Each gate moves to an extremal frame in [join of its predecessors' frames and read spans, meet of its successors' frames]. That gives 21 gate moves, with the same gates, the same R = 6,253 and the same registers. The complex side still binds, and the bit side (#346's, c ≈ 8.01726e-4) is unchanged.

this PR 794099421460999/10¹⁸ 7.93469326753735e-4

Checks run so far: the complex guard (gx.check1 + gxcore, labels, scalar words, splice, precision guard) passes on the retimed program. b was certified by both rational moment engines with the 1e-16 fallback, and the adjacent grid point is excluded. The outer assembly gives 47 strict constraints, all positive, and the same assembly reproduces #348's κ exactly from #348's b.

Draft: verify.py --write and the full replay are running; I'll post the PASS line and update certificate/expected.json before marking the PR ready.

The "Verify research artifacts" workflow (make joint-dual-verify) fails on main
and on every open pull request since the root Makefile and README changed
(AssertionError: Makefile in joint_dual_compose.check_sources). Regenerated with
scripts/experiments/pin_joint_dual_sources.py; verify_joint_dual.py and
tests/test_joint_reclaim.py pass (16 tests) under Python 3.11. The joint-dual
certificates only change in their recorded source-manifest hash.

Full replay: python3 -B research/w3-p10b-pointwise-complex-retimed/verify.py → PASS certificate/expected.json reproduced: conditional kappa = 158693865350747/200000000000000000 ≈ 7.934693267537350e-04 (complex-bound). #348's complete regeneration followed by the deterministic retiming equals the committed program byte for byte (sha256 ff0fd678…).

Thank you @rohanarun. This contribution is now retained on main in the scoped 100-PR review and contributor credits.

Contribution: Retiming of the pointwise complex program.

Review and limits: Its inherited green workflow tests PR348's package. A direct replay of the new retimed package is required; old README commands and claims are historical and not evidence for the new file.

The complete original source, notices and relevant execution evidence are retained through the pinned source archive. The review distinguishes fresh local runs, source-bound historical Linux CI and prior exact-head review; it does not claim 100 fresh full mathematical audits. Closing this historical PR as reconciled. This preserves parallel and cumulative credit without replacing the selected frontier or promoting priced research targets to completed constructions.
