Combining the T37 chronology underlying #3605 with the retained T16 chronology from #3413 (through our provider-composition lineage) produces a new exact allocation on 530 replicas. It preserves the staged-width suppliers and improves the conditional endpoint beyond our T450 contribution #3624, from approximately 0.00173004755209 to 0.00173007186471.
The complete profile is
{1:11757460, 2:3463020, 3:1102502, 4:486540, 5:103690, 8:38160, 48:202828}. The package reconstructs all 1,946,160 literal roles and charges 475,389 physical families. It includes the exact comparison, original chronology/source pins, deterministic construction, and portable replay entry.Validation: all seven source-bound admission stages completed successfully, including strict physical/precision checks and the final outer release. The package authenticates five frozen terminal receipts and includes 11 rejection controls. Both changed-native caches were authenticated and reused from fresh checks in this session; the unchanged 648-source manifest and scientific driver match the portable materialization. The complete fresh portable CLI has not run end to end. Final registered finite and stored-evidence checks pass both in the working package and from a sanitized isolated declared Git closure at commit659fd5e7064d9466b668d7188cbb013b333a415a. This is a minimal declared closure, not a full clone. Hosted CI will run after publication.
