Improve conditional kappa beyond T488 with a T385 combined-clock allocation

This combines the retained T37/T8/T16 chronology with another T16 block and the unchanged PR3734 staged-helper544 supplier. Five interleaved copies of the resulting 77-replica clock yield a literal T385 construction.

Conditional κ = 0.001730578437266246818740 − 10^-46 − 10^-70 improves on our just-published PR3795 by 0.000000065515946789182046, and on PR3734 by 0.000000130077058611357000. Its 1,413,720 helper roles and 345,469 physical families also use less stock than PR3795’s 437,757 families.

Only research/staged544-t385/ is added. The fixed integer witness and solver-free reproduction are included; private optimization tooling is not.

Validation passed: all seven original source-bound admission stages and final isolated release; independent full literal-owner audit with three corruption controls; exact rational root bracket; both regenerated outer ledgers; registered package replay. The independent reconstruction reproduces all 30,983,204 decompressed allocation bytes exactly. Exact source pins preserve PR3734’s supplier and the retained clock provenance. The package additionally checks a strict rational gain over PR3795’s committed complete-release endpoint.

The bounded replay authenticates stored complete-admission evidence and regenerates owner/aggregate/arithmetic checks. The opt-in full_replay.py reruns the underlying changed-allocation admission with explicitly source-bound reuse of unchanged native suppliers and retained ancestry. The new packaging wrapper itself has not been run end-to-end; no no-reuse cold replay is claimed.
