Summary
Adds a bounded exact-rational audit of the moment acceptance boundary in PR #3576, pinned to its exact
PROOF.mdandrate.pybytes. The audit binds PR #3576's profile and order to the retained PR #2979 inputs, confirms the strict upper/lower endpoint directions and sigma gap, and exercises equality, straddling, endpoint-corruption, and inward-rounding controls.No endpoint-consumption defect was found. This checks the published common intervals; it does not rederive either enclosure engine or establish production T74, supplier, outer-transfer, or multiplication-theorem admission. No new
