+PR396 inherited bit source closure and relative integration

+Run with Python 3.11+ and SymPy 1.14.0:

+The package includes all 158 PR370 source files named by PR386 PINS.json,
+PR386 source and the retained record/receipt chain. It reconstructs compressed
+bit geometry, the global word, its independent audit and finite price, then
+checks the six-round PR396 assembly against its retained complex receipt.
+Every input is manifest-bound; outputs go to a new directory. Source hardlinks
+are immutable. At least 25 MB free output headroom is required.
+
+The local PR370 native receipts and the unchanged PR377 complex receipts are
+explicitly reused, not rerun. The original historical verification commands
+remain available in the vendored sources. This is an offline source closure
+and fresh integration audit, not a fresh full historical supplier replay or
+an all-source mathematical proof. All conditional interfaces and draft status
+remain. No source pins are waived to address the unrelated joint CI failure.
+
+The recorded initial packaging failure concerned two extra retained receipts
+in the source directory; they were moved outside that exact source manifest.
+The assertion was retained and the corrected fresh run passed. Original
+source licenses and notices are included without alteration.
