Reconcile historical P112 b5 callers against six pinned contracts

Six fixed published contracts account for all38 original TWOSIDE (5,5) survivors and76 of77 original (5,6) survivors. Add a source-bound conditional composition certificate, separate application checker and exact quotient interface for the sole inventory-uncertified profile 2^5,6,7^5. These are nested historical cells, not115 distinct profiles or a complete current C5 frontier.

The remaining interface has11 independent pieces, code-intersection dimension exactly5, quotient dimension6 and one common support cap30 from the six small pieces. All462 six-piece subsets have individual-capacity sum at least30; this does not lower-bound the actual support union. Five independent residual-rank-seven directions are required. A separately verified common30 span bound below5 would complete this fixed inventory; concurrent geometry work owns that new theorem.

The six contracts are PR3262 (rank6/common29), PR3283 (rank5/common47), PR3205 (six support20 endpoints/common30), PR3154's completed beta7p2 contract via PR3289, and pending PR3931/3960 common23/common24. The contribution is exact source binding and caller composition, with earlier exclusions credited rather than claimed anew. The two pending proof texts are retained byte-for-byte with head/hash provenance, so cold replay needs no foreign pending Git objects.

Evidence at ba0349b99eb78f9476d20352cb6bfa9bbe8984e3:

• Original and separately written filters agree across7,798 and12,166 multisets. Independent small-first/subset enumeration checks all690 rule/row combinations, every indexed witness, assignment count and capacity minimum.
• Registered CPython3.12 replay passes all three commands. Boundary controls cover strict excess, deletion charges and the common-cut quantifier; actual optimized CLI mutations reject changed source, source usage and surviving code dimension.
• All22 package/input files match the publication commit; declared source-history check passes. The committed export passes integrity checking and all three direct commands in a read-only Git-free replay with an empty executable search path. All23 export files, including export metadata, remain unchanged.
• Parent read-only proof/code review found no objection to the deletion, restriction, quotient and beta7p2 transfers. This is same-session automated review, not independent human or formal-kernel acceptance.

Latest overlap snapshot covered673 open PR bodies at07:30:28UTC and rendered C5/start/handoff/active-board pages, with partial Discussion coverage. No collision found for this scoped inventory.

Inherited geometric contracts, capacities, distance, characteristic-zero arguments and original decoder reduction remain conditional inputs. Their heavy suites, complete C5, physical supplier and selected cold replay were not run here. No new geometric theorem, full decoder floor, supplier admission, kappa change or human/formal acceptance is claimed. One isolated opt-in package; no shared code or frozen predecessor edits.

Task: complex-rank-shape-decoder, changed scope to source-bound historical caller reconciliation. PROOF.md and TASK.json contain the exact scope, inherited obligations and open next questions. The concurrently established common30 theorem is a separate contribution; it is not silently treated as an accepted input here.

Concurrent completion: PR3973, exact head1e77152b14dd94ca3f99ce1afba280ba13225d9c, separately proves common30 span at most3 and excludes the sole row outside this fixed six-contract inventory. Combining its stated theorem with this package’s quotient transfer conditionally covers all77 historical (5,6) profiles, and all38 nested (5,5) profiles. This does not claim full current C5. The six-rule executable inventory is frozen at38/38 and76/77; the additional dependency is explicit. The independent common24 audit is #3971.
