Reduce prepared P104 joint repair from 3N to 2N native calls

This refines the explicitly prepared physical cut in #3978. Complete the persistent Y bank into the common full chart once, execute all three scalar layers there, and restore its terminal chart once. The new word has 21632 positive rank-one native children versus 32448, with zero private copies or temporary arrays. It implements the same ordered physical operator, original input tags and arbitrary dirty-helper returns.

The saving is in native child count and private storage. Both routes use 1049152 unit array additions; the new route adds 21632 restoring doubles. Scalar work, basis-permutation passes and inverse-translation passes remain explicit in the primitive invoice. This is not a total-runtime or optimality claim.

Result and limits

For T=diag(C_Uij), K=T^-1, and C=U(A_r-I) S(I) U(A_c-I), the matched physical correction is diag(I,K) C diag(I,T). Its chronological implementation uses one in-place T boundary, the complete scalar C word in a common F chart, then one in-place K boundary. Every rank-one recipe retains one general-f native child; the finite f=1 phase checks are not an exponential scalar implementation.

This is a new implementation of the same declared prepared cut. An actual chronological P104 producer, opposite native orientation and global interstage alignment remain unproved. The inherited named complete lower bill improves from 2998528 to 2987712, still exceeding capacity 2965248 by 22464. Dependent global construction stops at that failed gate. No selected frontier, supplier admission or kappa changes.

• Exact ordered noncommutative operator and original-input-tag checks; 208 local donor columns; canonical 104 physical labels and 10816 distinct tensor lines; 876096 binary-basis recipe checks.
• Separate 32-column Gaussian physical calculation, eight arbitrary dirty columns, literal persistent-donor rescaling, 56 finite native columns and physical/order/restoration/phase fault controls.
• Seven actual CLI mutations, each preceded by successful private-fixture validation, in both normal Python and -O: 28 subprocess runs. Covers typed receipt, duplicate JSON, corrupted/missing canonical sources and predecessor-export corruption.
• Repository package preflight, committed-byte/source-history checks, and official export inventory validation. All three declared commands pass from the complete read-only, Git-free export on CPython 3.12.3; all 17 files retain bytes and modes. Only research/p104-full-chart-joint/ is added. Python 3.12, standard library only. Frozen #3978 proof/result are copied unchanged with exact upstream head, Git blob and SHA-256 provenance; five canonical executable inputs retain their source pins.

Selection and credit

User-assigned changed scope under revision 6 p104-side-correction. Canonical main and a 702-open-PR cache including drafts were refreshed this round; the repository overlap helper and a fresh latest-updated slice were checked. The next constructive obligation is a named physical producer/consumer boundary that absorbs a conversion while preserving original source identity, arbitrary dirty returns and a complete cost gate; a common chart alone does not erase the source tags.
