This closes one literal physical access/return obligation at PR #4015's first streamed query and identifies the exact adapter still missing before it. It is a source-bound local tape result, with no claim that the actual global caller already supplies these windows.
The full recovery word has
CLEAR Z2 query2at event1697 and no intervening Z2 reference beforeADD Z2 Z10 1at event1708. That actual first query update is therefore exactly a bitwise copy. The paid CLEAR remains, Z10 is preserved, and Z2 becomes a live query sum; no saving is deferred to cleanup. The implementation supplies an explicit same-tape tagged-window contract: source Z10 and destination Z2 are disjoint bank-major intervals with displacement H, identical owner/address tags and common signed component format. For S=M2^(nlambda), d=n²+n*lambda, L=d+2W+2, C=SL+2, H=C+gap and P=2SW payload bits, a literal one-bit shuttle costs exactly P READ + P WRITE + [2PH+2(d+2)] MOVE actions. Every unit seek and the final origin return is charged. Source bits, tags/fences, gap/exterior and all spectator tapes/heads are preserved. It removes exactly 2SW redundant destination reads relative to the identical transfer schedule with an old-destination read; this does not change PR4015's scalar allowance. Motion is minimal only within the explicitly restricted paired one-bit shuttle class. Its quadratic full-cover cost is a conservative reference, not a favorable global-layout proposal.
The preceding source events are pinned: map1706 uses stage2/port1 on Z10, native1707 uses the negative q=19 line, followed by four query accumulations. The actual recipe's two basis permutations and affine offset19 are checked on512 columns. A valid signed, even-numerator basis witness rejects replacing that whole native event with a bare coordinate axis.
The precise physical obstruction is before this copy: #3394 returns a tagged, interleaved one-payload-tape representation with three clean buffers, whereas #3884 requires two separate untagged component tapes plus four scratch tapes. At origin the first symbol is
^, not a bit. Shifting origins cannot fix the record stride: at n73/lambda1/W4 the next tagged real component starts at10816, while a bare real stream reads5408—the first imaginary component. Independent-origin relocation and spectator embedding do not split one physical tape into two heads. Thus summing the cover tariff,32NW axis tariff and this copy tariff does not implement1706→1707→1708. A paid layout/native-wrapper adapter remains necessary. #4002's canonical-lift phase tags are a different interface and are not silently imposed on this explicit permutation/Gaussian recipe.PROOF.mdgives the general telescoping/footprint argument and exact limits;RESULT.jsonrecords the source cut, parameterized invoice and obstruction. No predecessor executable is imported. Exact pending-head data/proof text is retained with blob/SHA pins. Literal metering covers10 translated/gapped fixtures,24 paired-transfer orders and five semantic rejection controls. Normal and optimized primary checks, two boundary groups (including normal/O read-only Git-free replay and source/manifest/typed-receipt/overwrite rejection), metadata/pins and the complete registered replay passed on Python3.12.3. Separate AI source/proof/code review and coordinator optimized replay passed; no independent human or formal-kernel review is claimed. The actual caller's windows, ownership/physical exclusivity, signed grid/range, representation conversions, native wrapper placement, remaining accumulations, full consumer and productive-family/supplier coverage remain open. The chosen reference protocol is not promoted to a complete physical budget or new kappa. This addresses the assigned tape/I-O and control obligation, not another free-layout sweep optimization.

CLEAR1697 remains a charged logical predecessor operation; its physical initialization, and the preceding map/native implementation, are outside this local copy bill. The initial zero/tagged-window/head conditions are explicit supplied premises, not claims of an admitted actual caller. This qualification does not change the frozen proof or receipt.
Committed-byte/source-history checks and official export plus Git-independent integrity checks passed all16 package files at the same head. The PR remains open and unmerged, and the local checkout is clean. Completed CI logs and the immutable export are retained outside the scientific package; no committed science bytes were changed for this status update.
