Bind first selected gauge44 provider and rule out fixed QQ16 role conjugacy

The first selected gauge44 provider is not corrected QQ16 F0 under a fixed invertible change of persistent roles. This package binds the literal selected calls[0] (replica 0, stage 0, time 0), its embedded program hash, all 704 owner IDs and source frame arrays, then replays both actual words on 712 independent formal inputs at the constant-character/common-cover specialization.

Selected gauge44 gives G(x,y)=(x,y+x). Corrected QQ16 first differs at X_0=(x_76-x_81+x_87+x_92)/2. Persistent traces 704 versus 600 exclude every fixed invertible role conjugacy, including mixing all 480 helpers. Exact rational elimination gives rank(Q-G)=24; since Q is invertible, any post-adapter E satisfying EQ=G has rank(E-I)=24. The complete literal scalar invoice is 198766 versus 211210 (+12444), before any repair. Both words return all 480 arbitrary helpers and clear eight owned private outputs.

The mapping class and limits are explicit: different entrance/exit encodings and paid adapters remain open. The package stops at the F0 mismatch and does not assume a matched B1 decoder cut. It supplies no physical adapter, complete supplier, selected-frontier update, or unrestricted impossibility theorem. The native difference of removing eight H8 centres and adding eight H1 lines is conditional on a valid replacement.

Validation: registered package PASS; optimized warning-strict replay; all 712 symbolic inputs; independent R/K formula check; source and QQ16 coefficient mutation rejection; normal/optimized Git-free read-only export; source-hash and typed-receipt rejection; receipt overwrite refusal. Root independently reviewed the proof/code and reran optimized controls. All source bytes are pinned before parsing and no predecessor executable is imported.

Builds on the retained selected archive, corrected joint-query construction and bridge/scalar reviews; extends #3976's missing-binding audit with the actual provider calculation. Distinct from the decoder work in #4003/#4015 and tekuuu's fixed 104-owner/common-frame consumer obstruction in #4030. Original source contributors retain credit. New work by Chris R / Clear1nsight with substantial OpenAI Codex assistance; no independent human review claimed.

Published scientific head a8c75dd7c964855cc9b03c210575be27c65467e4 was created through GitHub from canonical 20ecf2891d80b5acf18d980b2164fb44ea7faa90. Exact published-blob preflight confirms the single parent and all seven changed files confined to this package, byte-equal to the reviewed local files. Canonical main/priority6/selected record remained unchanged at the submission checkpoint. Shared bounded decision and predecessor results; wider overlap coverage remains partial. Hosted registered CI is a separate status.

Next: construct the actual distinct boundary maps around G and Q, bind their full frames/owners and restored scratch, and pay the correction before any B1 consumer or global K claim. The rank24 obligation is not a physical native-child lower bound.

The repository's official check_research_commit.py --package research/qq16-provider-binding --ref a8c75dd7c964855cc9b03c210575be27c65467e4 --check-source-history passed for all 12 package and declared runtime input files, with source-history commit 20ecf2891d80b5acf18d980b2164fb44ea7faa90. This extends the earlier seven-changed-blob transport check to the full declared runtime input set.

The official committed exporter and its offline integrity checker both passed for the same 12 files. Archive SHA256: 088ba86969c71d995815842594db17af627268184035ee26a35930d0cbce7f4f. A fresh Git-free extraction of that committed archive also passed the optimized, warning-strict verifier and coefficient controls with files read-only; before/after hashes were unchanged. Export integrity is a transport check, not independent mathematical acceptance.

The scientific scope is unchanged: the exact first selected-provider specialization excludes a fixed invertible persistent-role conjugacy with corrected QQ16 F0, and the required post-adapter has rank difference 24. Different paid boundary maps, native implementation of a repair, a matched B1 consumer, full supplier accounting and a frontier improvement remain unproved. Hosted success does not admit a complete supplier or new κ.
