The prime band meets the ratio, near-one and factor-of-two period predicates, while production_axis itself performs no tape operation. Co-authored-by: unpaidmoon <unpaidmoon@users.noreply.github.com>

0.001672660197076918.TensorPlan.production_axisis three strict predicates on Counts that__init__has already loaded:4 d g > s,(2d-1) g < s, ands > 2 (target_halo + 2 w), whereg = t - s. The method's onlyselffields ared,target_haloandw. Its fourmultiply_smallconstants are4, 2, 2, 2. It names no tape operation.On the PR #4029 band
I(t,d) = (t(1-1/(3d)), t(1-1/(4d))], every real point meets both ratio predicates. Ford >= 2it also meets the near-one gates < t < 2sthat__init__checks before the call. Oddness is a separate gate:s = 14,t = 16,d = 2is in the band, passes both ratios, and is even.If
K = target_halo + 2 w <= 2^(ell-3), every integer in the band on either target scale satisfiess > 2K. The witnesss = 939,t = 1024,d = 4,target_halo = 470passess > Kand failss > 2K. The algebraic product bound(1-1/(3d))^(d-1) > 2/3is rechecked. The imported prime-number estimate is not reproved, and no encoded tape scheduler is run.Task and overlap

One primary remaining question per comment, plus a numbered question when the comment itself numbers more than one question that is still open. Dropped before numbering: tasks delivered in this round (#4107, #4110–#4120, #4112, #4113, #4122, #4123), tasks closed by a later DONE, and subjects of open PRs numbered at most 4106.

Comment 19021170 question 3 asks maintainers to patch frozen census code and is not a separate research item.
Parallel PRs #4124–#4127 appeared while this list was being read. They correspond to earlier slots (single-hub, tensor bridge, integer-shear, and a further typed-H itinerary) and were left in the numbering.

The ordered handoff list on #1166 is recoverable, but later DONE comments leave several numbered next tasks, so two careful readings can differ by a slot. A single current-status line on each handoff, naming the one remaining question, would make item selection stable.
