The optional ordinary B2 calculation has been split out of PR #4270 so the pooled κ=1/580 admission remains focused on its B1 backend. This draft is based directly on canonical main

The written argument retains arbitrary dirty inputs, spectators, source access, precision, restoration and completed return. All 54 pinned source files are reused directly from canonical paths, including the complete nested backend archives. This avoids the former 2.2 MB duplicate source archive and copied BIT evidence. The interval engine remains byte-identical; all 26 mathematical receipt fields and eleven negative controls match the historical B2 calculation. The package is ten files, 2,138 added lines and 101,911 bytes.
Scope and limits
This is a draft source-relative proof and exact cost/compatibility certificate. It does not implement or execute a production B2 factory and claims no new multiplication exponent. A faster complex/outer result requires a completed factory, caller-specific admission and all recursive/outer costs. PR #4270 does not use B2.

Sources and credit
Jose Manuel supplies the retained ordinary, retuned coupling and fast-primitive sources; Rohan Arun supplies the PR185/387 argument lineage; the PR589 BIT profile and original notices retain their attribution. Prepared for Ross Richardson with substantial OpenAI Codex assistance in derivation, implementation and separate review.
