This new record candidate starts from the frozen split-centre construction in PR #433 and applies twelve source-bound early-final-use helper resets to its R=758 bit word. Each reset is an exact F2 donor identity at a legal frame after the retired helper's last use and before the replacement helper's first use. The changed word has R=746, reducing the live bit stock to 14,394 and raising the conditional assembled bound above PR #433's 0.001120864952258278. Earlier PR heads remain unchanged.

The constructor checks all twelve selected boundaries against the actual word, verifies each clean reset sum, rebuilds the dirty-response compensation from the new word, removes the replaced helper, and regenerates the inverse cleanup. The final word has SHA256 fc5b2fb84dbbdbcf9b1bb36ebf768f31130dd5a93edec3d12f52c8e4be66ce48.

Fresh replay evidence in the package:

• Both forward and reflected local scalar programs restore all 986 source, target and dirty-helper columns.
• All 944 exact rational frames and both paid ledgers are recomputed.
• Twelve omitted-reset controls, eleven delayed-reset controls, missing dirty compensation and missing helper cleanup are rejected; one deliberately delayed reset is a valid positive control.
• The changed global stream replays 7,674 unbanked columns, 53,712 bank-owner assignments and every reflected route, with eight owner/schedule mutation controls.
• The bit supplier has profile {1:2401, 2:864, 3:475, 4:309, 5:152, 7:14, 8:9}, prefix charge 256 bits, two-level coefficient charge 512 bits, and row coefficient 18,355 < 20,161.
• Two exact rational moment engines, both finite invoices, the bridge and all 47 strict outer inequalities pass; the next 10^-18 grid point is rejected.
• The independent audit reproduces the profiles, owner maps, invoices and strict assembly without importing producer or assembly code.

The package verifier regenerates the pinned PR #433 parent, all 2,918 Gaussian phase pairs and 240 endpoint adapters, then runs the twelve-reset constructor, independent reflected audit, changed global admission, and independent invoice/outer audit. The observed clean replay exited 0 in /private/tmp/r746-release-replay-v3/VERIFICATION.json. Run:

The vendored parent is pinned to PR #433 commit 2992f234bcb2538cb70f4d026aa8d08250b1040c. Python 3.14+ is required for its frozen gzip byte pins; Python 3.11 emits the same decompressed content with a different gzip OS header. The package carries the parent licenses, notices, source hashes and explicit OpenAI Codex assistance disclosure. This remains a finite conditional construction retaining the inherited all-size compiler, arbitrary dirty-bank, compressed-window, restored-work, tape/common-grid, precision and analytic interfaces; it is not an unconditional theorem or Lean proof.

Could you confirm that #437 intentionally vendors #433 at 2992f234 rather than the staged #433 head 6d924451? The verification found five differences, limited to manifest, validation, phase code/receipt, and verifier files; the math artifacts were identical in the compared snapshots.

The review distinguishes fresh local runs, source-bound historical Linux CI and prior exact-head review; it does not claim 100 fresh full mathematical audits.
